First! Curry's award in 2022 increased my respect for him dramatically.
Second… Curry's award made me realize why DIDN'T we have this earlier?? Most of NBA history, the conference finals was the REAL NBA finals, as the two best teams usually were in the same conference and met there and usually won and decided the championship.
Honestly I wished it was added in earlier in the league, it's honestly one of the best additions to the league from Adam Silver.
