couldnt afford both of them. Toronto wanted to keep OG but he wanted out for a bigger market and more usage on offense. Cant change that one. Shoudlve traded Pascal and Fred the year before when YouTube peeps were saying we needed to desperately keep both. Siakam will never be a #1 option. He's worth the max on a team with a legit star which he's on now. Bottom line is they Shouldve tanked in the Wemby year…given OG more touches on offense beside Barnes and started the rebuild a year earlier. I said it then and i stand on it now.
Our line up right now would be something like
Derrick Lively
BI (which would've still been doable and probably get more draft capital back if we traded Pascal earlier)
OG
Brandon MIller or one of the Thompson twins (possibly Wemby if the draft wasn't rigged lol)
Barnes…yes PG scottie
We'd be up draft pics from trading FVV earlier which could be flipped into a solid back up big (Possibly Derick Lively who went 12th in 2023 draft)
The question is who is better pascal or sloppy …clearly it's pascal
