Mavericks’ future star Cooper Flagg signed massive $28 million deals at Duke
Did you know that despite not even playing a minute of NBA basketball, Duke phenomenon Cooper Flag has already made over $28 million? Now, Flag is all but set to join the Dallas Mavericks as the presumed number one pick, but he’s reportedly already stacked over $28 million from NIL deals during his time at Duke. Reports claim Flag has inked multi-year deals with New Balance and Fanatics and also added bigname endorsements from Gatorade, Court Furniture, and AT&T, growing his endorsement portfolio. And as the presumed number one pick, his NBA rookie contract will be worth about $63 million over four years. But like Rob Gronkowski in the NFL, he may not even touch it early on. Looks like Flags walking into the league already financially bulletproof. And reportedly the Mavs are betting on him to be their next franchise cornerstone.
