Insider Drops BOMBSHELL Report on Raptors Trade Plans…

An NBA insider just dropped an absolute bombshell on the Toronto Raptors trade plans this off seasonason as Brian Winhorse revealed the Raptors pursuit of a blockbuster trade in the coming weeks. Of course, Giannis has been linked, but there have been multiple names associated with the Toronto Raptors pursuit of a big fish this off season. So, we’re going to break down what this report is saying, all of the names that have now been linked to the Toronto Raptors, and frankly, how Raptors fans can now look at the coming weeks leading to the NBA draft, free agency, everything that’s going on in terms of what’s going on with this Raptor squad because this new report is an absolute bombshell. So, lots of stuff to discuss out here in this video. I mean, we’ve been doing it for years now at this point. So, I want you to join along for the ride so we continue this wave as we enter a new era of Toronto Raptors basketball. But, let’s jump into it because frankly, we’ve heard the rumblings. We’ve heard the rumors. We’ve heard everything in regards to Messiah Jur’s pursuit of bringing in top tier talent. We heard it leading into the trade deadline and that ended up leading to a Brandon Ingram acquisition. And now those same rumblings have been dialed up another level with this recent report from NBA insider Brian Winhorse as essentially I don’t want to get too uh to a field from this but since it has come up the Toronto Raptors are a team that is starting to make noise within the league about looking for a big fish. Now this is very very interesting as Brian Winhorse of course one of the most respected insiders in the entire NBA in terms of things like this. You know the big meme about uh the Donovan Mitchell Rudy Gobear trades. Brian Moonhor is on top of that. He’s always on top of these types of things. And frankly there were these types of updates leading into the trade deadline which no one believed. No one came out and expected the Toronto Raptors make a win now move even though Ingram was out for the entire back half of the season. So it’s a win this off season. this upcoming year move to acquire a former all-star bucket getter in Brandon Ingram. And now we are getting these similar types of reports in regards to uh you know players that are coming out. Now which players could it be? Because we have reports and we’ll talk more about Giannis in a upcoming video, but basically there’s a huge list in terms of players that are now linked to the Toronto Raptors. The odds of uh the next start to land in Toronto. Now top of the list is Damont Sabonis who played for the Sac plays for the Sacramento Kings is expected part ways. The Kings have a new management group. So for the top uh three of the four top four names, it the lists as the next Toronto Raptor star. And some of these you could argue, are they star players? Are they not? Whatever. But three of the top four are from the Sacramento Kings. And that’s because they have a new set of uh you know management coming in. The former Knicks GM Scott Perry is running the show instead of Monty McNair. So expectations are they’re going to blow up their roster. So Sabonis, Lavine, and Demar De Rozan are in the top three or four. We’ve already talked about Demar a ton on this channel. Sabonis as well briefly as the Raptors have been linked to him a little bit. Of course, Damont Sabonis is very, very good at basketball. Do not get me wrong. 19 points per game, 14 rebounds, six assists. Offensively would be an absolute upgrade over what we have currently in the front court right now. And Yaka Purle, he spaces the floor very well. He’s a great facilitator and I think he’s one of the more underrated players in the NBA. Defensively, he’s not much of a rim protector. Honestly, he’s more of a four than a five. You know, watching different Kings games and stuff. That’s what a lot of Kings fans are saying about his positioning. So, Sabonis would be a very, very cool acquisition would fit in nicely, especially on the offensive end. Would provide some more floor spacing for the Toronto Raptors. But if we’re talking big fish, if we’re talking big names, of course, the name everyone is is interested in is the second guy on this odds list is Giannis Anticumbo, who just coming into this Raptors team would flip the script, would immediately put us into championship contention. If you’re not familiar with Giannis onto Kumbbo’s game, I mean, 30 points per game, 12 rebounds, 6.5 assists. three-point shooting isn’t completely there, but uh a guy that is a top three player without a doubt in the league, has won in multiple MVPs, has won a championship, has won a finals MVP. Giannis is on a whole another level as a basketball player defensively, offensively, still in the prime of his career, you know, roughly 30 years old. Like, Giannis is a guy if we insert into this roster would be absolutely gamechanging for this team. So, and we’ve heard the quotes, we’ve heard the reports about Messiah Jerry, when you get a chance to get a top five player, which doesn’t come around very often, I think you have to jump on it. And with Yiannis onto Dumbo’s name being thrown out there in these trade discussions, and he hasn’t formally requested a trade, once that officially comes, we are going to hear more and more because it’s all smoke now at this point, as with any of these big blockbuster trades. You hear that, you see the smoke, you see the smoke, and then it officially comes out. Oh, here’s my list. Here’s my team. Here’s what’s going on. And then uh everything happens all at once. We are here in the smoke. All signs are pointing to a Giannis trade request coming because the Bucks don’t have draft picks. They have a bunch of aging players. His co-star Damen Lord isn’t even going to be able to play next season with this torn Achilles. They made a little, you know, swing for the fences and acquiring Kyle Kosma last year and that has been a disaster class of a pickup. the next if he stays with Milwaukee at least the next two years of Giannis’s prime are going to be an absolute wash. So expectations are he will be on his way out. He is going to get dealt. It might be better for the Bucks as well to recoup some assets and do some things there. But that’s uh that’s what the all signs are pointing to. So we’ll see if official trade happens. But you know you do make a swing for Giannis on Dumbo. Uh it’s going to be a very very tough package to put together because Bucks GM John Horse is going to go for blood and prefers to gut the team uh he trades Giannis to if the star requests a trade. So that’s what’s coming out from the Bucks side. John Horse who’s uh you know managing the team down there in Milwaukee, he just got an extension. So he has free reign to really just go crazy with any type of Giannis deal. So it’s going to be a very very intense trade negotiations as these things perk up. We’ll talk more about Giannis over the course of the next few videos. There’s so much reports dropping. But, uh, in terms of this list, there’s so many names, you know, Demar Rose and Zack Lavine. I’ll touch them briefly because again, these are very getable players out there on the market. Uh, Zack Lavine, 23 points per game, 4.4 rebounds, four assists. A good basketball player, redeemed his value a lot last season, staying healthy, being a scorer, but not the exact player that I’d be super interested in bringing. Now, he would compliment this team as is, whether you’re getting Yiannis or not, in terms of the offensive end. He, you know, is a better shooter than RJ Barrett. He’s a better three-point scorer, you know, and that’s the spacing you want around a team that has Scotty Barnes and some defensive players out there on the team. But still, in terms of age, in terms of health, in terms of things that are going on, I’d still rather RJ Barrett, especially with the contract situations that have happened. So, there’s that. And I’ve already talked enough about Demar Rosen, how I’d love to bring him back, I’d love for him to be on the team in a vacuum, his contract doesn’t make sense. And again, you’d have to deal away RJ Barrett in order to make that move happen, which I’m just not that bullish on. So that’s uh those guys in terms of the rest of the list. Young KD’s out there on the list, which would be interesting. Of course, down at the bottom, Devon Booker, John Morant, Nicole Joic, you get Jokic, that’s even more intriguing than uh than Giannis there. So that’s uh some interesting names. You know, Jamal Murray is an interesting piece just given the fact that he is Canadian. He has had those crazy highs. But in terms of what the Toronto Raptors need right now, they need a guy that uh, you know, sees it in, sees it out, it’s going to be able to provide a little more. But I guess playoff time, Jamal Murray could take it to a whole another level, but is on a very expensive contract. Drew Holiday would be a very getable player. Lorie Markin hurt his trade value a little bit over the course of the offseason. So there are a lot of interesting names that are going to be available for a trade out there in the offseason. The Raptors have the pieces to package together a big move. And the reports are true. if it’s coming from Brian Windhorse. The Raptors are big fish hunting. So, we’ll see if the team is able to go out and get one of these deals done. But, we’ll keep you up to date on all of the latest updates. I’m hitting my microphone at the end of this.
