  1. Roster building-wise, the current talent on the team is looking like they're 2–3 years away from being truly competitive. So what’s the plan for Lauri Markkanen?

    He’s not on that same timeline, and his trade value is likely higher today than it will be in 2–3 years. It’s time for the Jazz to make a decisive move, or risk paying a massive contract for a win-now star who doesn't align with the rest of the development timeline. Is there a player that Austin see's in the current market (free agent or trade) that the Jazz need to compete in 25-26?

    If not we're heading toward potentially wasting Lauri’s prime and staying stuck in the 10–12 seed range for years to come.
