Durant is a hall-of-famer. No doubt legendary, but he is not a winner. Why would anybody want to take an old man who's not a winner? That's not the direction you want to go makes no sense. It's not going to happen giannis, that's another story.
Don't be surprised if we get Durant and giannis. Towns for Durant is a good trade. So is including OG and others for Giannis . Brunson, Durant and giannis is a solid team. Its very possible

KAT & Brunson defensively together is a liability. We’re also thin at depth, which makes it tough to make a big trade that requires multiple pieces (i.e Greek Freak).
If I’m Leon I call Pat Riley and swap KAT for Bam. Knicks get the balanced defensive roster with DPOY talent next to OG and Bridges. Miami gets a new franchise player to build with Herro.
