Um, you know, the Saints the Saints OTAA has been going u been going pretty well these last couple weeks. You know what I’m saying? Um, I’m got I got my eye on the uh quarterback battle right now between Tyler Shuck and Spencer Raer. I heard they both showcasing these handlers out there. Spencer Ra heard he leading the way from time to time and I’m hearing Tyler Shuck is leading the way from time to time. So it’s going it’s a close battle right now between those two. So but this past week they saying that Tyler Shuck won week two of the OTAAS. So I had uh put up some articles um early today and yesterday. Well I had it up. Give me a second family. All right. I got it up. This is coming from Fox 8. They say Tyler Shuck shines in week two of the Saints OTAAS. In week two of the Saints OTAA, rookie quarterback Tyler Schluck stood stood out in the competition for the starting job. He is continuing to spill I mean to split reps with the with the first team offense with the secondyear player Spencer Rattler, but two particular throws by by Shuck stood out in week two. Fox 8 reporters attended the workout last Thursday and came away with opposite observations on the Saints quarterback competition thus far. camera access for media members during OTAAS and currently is currently limited, but Fox reporters in attendance said Shuck connected on two 60yard bombs, one of which the Saints share footage of through their social media accounts. I believe I saw it. I think it was a bomb to uh Rashid, I think. But he looking good so far, family. Uh Shuck took two long bombs have been the talk of week two. However, he he did draw an interception in the following seven on seven series last Thursday. Tyler Shunk made some impressive passes, said Fox 8 reporter Andre Johnson Jr. said on the latest episode of an over of the overtime podcast. Shout out to them. There’s definitely sometime something here of a great foundation to build upon if you’re the Saints. Fox Sports anchor Shawn Fazan noted that as impressive as Shook looks for now, new assessments will be needed when workouts transition from seven to seven live contact football. From a raw physical standpoint, his own talent is the best in the room, Fzan said. But if he is not able to utilize the middle of the field, that will be the block that keeps him from getting on the football field. Fazan said that Shuck has to get more consistency throwing the two receivers across the middle. Something that could unfold with more repetition. It’s it’s up in the air right now, but they send the latest I heard they said that excuse me, they say that the um Spencer Radler could be is got the edge right now to be the upcoming starter. But that’s that’s hearay, you know what I’m saying, family? So, but I I really want to see Tyler Shuck. I want to see what he can do. You know what I’m saying? But you don’t draft this man early in the draft um in the second round to have him on the bench. You know what I’m saying? cuz I want to see this man in uh doing I want to see him on the field. I want to see what he can do. I mean, he’s saying the right things right now. He’s saying he ready to fight and die for New Orleans, which we all can appreciate. He want to be here. And with that, I I’m begging Tyler Shuck up, you know, him saying that. You know what I’m saying? So, he got a fan in me whether he start or not. But, I still want to see what this man can do. You know what I’m saying, family? But, uh, let me get to the chat one time. Oh, it’s just OG and Hurricane Mike talking. All right. Okay. All right, family. All right. But, uh, other battles that’s going on between like in between, uh, our roster is like, uh, it’s like I’m anxious to see like the running back, uh, uh, our running back core, our running back group. I’m anxious to see these new cats. I want to see Deon Neil. Um, I want to see what he can do on the field. you know, he he is still in the draft family, so I’m looking forward to seeing him. And also, uh, I want to see Kendrick Miller, too. It’s like we haven’t really seen the full potential of, uh, of, uh, Kendrick Miller. So, hopefully this man can stay healthy, know what I’m saying, throughout this season, excuse me, family. But um yeah, but uh that that running back group, I think that’s going to be the key uh this season. I think that’s going to be one of our greatest strength on this team. You know what I’m saying? And also um our offensive line as well. You know what I’m saying? I think our offensive line is really going to come out strong this year. I believe they going to be top 10, top 10 in the league. You know what I’m saying? Because they really build the offensive line very well. Especially with them drafting Kelvin Banks. You know what I’m saying? That boy gonna be a beast. You know what I’m saying? He He going to be a threat. He going to be a force on that line. And also, they had made some changes on that line, too. They moved Trevor Penn to uh to left guard now. So, which he never played that position, but Kell Moore really believe that he can really really shine on in that role. So, I’m anxious to see how Trevor Penn is going to um how he going to fit, you know what I’m saying, at playing left guard now. So, we going to see about that. Um, hold on, family. I ain’t going to see this report on I’m about to read this to y’all real quick. Jonathan Bullard visiting with the Saints on Monday. The Saints are taking a look at a veteran defender. According to Mike Gafalo of NFL media, New Orleans is hosting defensive end Jonathan Bullard for a free visit on Monday. Bullet 31 has spent the last three season with the Vikings in 2024. He started all 17 games recording 41 total tackles with seven for loss, three QB hits, and one sack. He was on the field for 51% of the club’s defensive snaps. Bullard previously played under New Orleans defensive coordinator Brandon Staley early on in his career with the Bears from 2017 to 2018. In his 116 career games with 53 starts, Bullard has recorded 221 total tackles with six and a half sacks. Okay, that’s more depth for us family if they the Saints sign him. I really don’t know too much about the cat, but if if he’s that good, you know what I’m saying? I wouldn’t mind having him on our roster. You know what I mean, family?
