Mavs were able to make up for Luka’s defensive shortcomings by packing the rest of the roster with a competent D, which is why they made the finals. The Knicks have not done that with Brunson though

Kat for KD is nonsensical BS. Kat is not perfect but he’s still a dominant big who can score inside out. No captain weaksauce on the Knicks. Paper thin temperament KD has always shown.

Mitch Robinson 30 minutes per game… No, just no. Look at his career and notice in his 7 years 3 seasons of games played being 31, 31 and 17!?!? One season of 70+ games played. 48 games played the last two seasons combined!!! and add in that the dude looks absolutely winded every time he's on the court for more than 6 minutes at a stretch and yeah, please don't even consider this an option.

Mitch can definitely play 30 or more minutes a game. 8 minutes a quarter is definitely feasible. We just need Mitch to be at least a 65% free throw shooter. That should be his ONLY focal point this off season.

Knicks should try to trade for Giannis! If they land Giannis without trading KAT then they should trade him for 3-4 good players to create roster depth! As for KD thats a gamble that could pay off but why take the risk? No way I extend KDs contract!
