That’s how they to get that rebound. sacrifice his body sits and the threes got a block this time [Applause] missing [Music] JW that title with Dallas in 2011. that the paint trying to turn the corner and first half sees a crowd outside of Wallace but Dort didn’t have the angle didn’t want to try the layup instead he’ll try the two close range come diving for the very effort flying around and he told me that Pacers back. Dimart. No. Yes. Jay turns the corner. Wallace. Little fake. The kick. Dort already with a couple of threes looking for more. Maintain possession outside. The Pixers back. Got a height advantage and he blows right by McConnell. Now McConnell trying to beat Caruso. Third. SGA. Get downhill. got to the rim, left it short, followed bench right now. Shin looking for a little [Applause] more racers had nothing. These two teams met at% Carlson hit minutes with all those injuries. Michael as he has done when the guy keeps his head down to end basketball almost invariably by little Mark and Rick. Father [Music] [Music] [Music] Yeah. Yeah. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] for the Pacers. Second quarter underway. TJ McConnell is out there with Tyresese Hallebertton. Then it’s kneemith. Then it’s Thomas Bryant. And it’s Tophen in at the power forward position. Here’s McConnell after the basket by Oklahoma City. Here’s a screen by Bryant. Pass to outside. Pocket four. Indiana needs to get a shot off. There’s the double team with Wiggins and it’s in there. That’s exactly where Toppin wants to attack you inside at close range. [Music] Now Joe now approaching two minutes of action here in the second Wiggins outside from deep three-point lands. Rebounded by Hallebertton. It’s never easy from that distance, but we see him drill those and shoot around all the time. Well, that looked to me, guys, like a heat check. was maybe a step out of his range. Now here’s Helbert. He’s got seven. Sinks it from distance. Yeah, they’ve got a lot of terrain to make up and shooting the three ball more consistently like they are now should help them do just that. Up top, Wiggins. Pass to Caruso to the middle. Here’s Gilas Alexander and slam felt by Gilas Alexander. Yeah, a defense has to be very aware of Gilas Alexander’s attack mindset. He wants to get to the rim and do maximum damage. Now here’s Halbert. 10 points for him. Back to Bryant. Bryant tipped back in for two. Bryant’s got his second basket of the game. Great effort to turn the miss into two points. Yes, sir. Those are the hustle points. And great instincts, too, guys. Anticipating where the miss was going. And about 3 minutes played now in the second quarter. Just Alexander against McConnell. The offensive rebound. Back to Joe. Pass to Wiggins. Puts up a three. Gets it to drop. Now two of four. Do I like how their perimeter game is building out? They’re feeling it right now. [Applause] Here in the second quarter. Just under 3 and 1/2 minutes played. McConnell passes to Hallebertton. Yes. And it’s McConnell with the assist that time. McConnell’s got three assists tonight. Hallebertton with the answer. Was anxious to throw it right back at him. Now here’s Caruso. Wiggins outside beyond the arc. Indiana with a [Applause] rebound. Now here’s the Smith. Pass to Hallebertton. [Applause] down low and stolen by Williams. [Applause] McConnell against Caruso. [Applause] Wiggins with it. And the layup is good off the glass. Wiggins has got five points now this quarter. He’s a go-to guy for them because he’s that consistent. Time and time again, he delivers. McConnell passes to Bryant. Rebound by Wiggins. And Wiggins has got the ball here for the Oklahoma City Thunder. They’ve led by as many as 11. Pacers with a rebound. Hallebertton’s got his fifth rebound in this one. [Applause] up top. To top to knee Smith passes to Brian shoots over Wiggins and Indiana misses again. Yeah, just a little off his game this quarter. He’s trying to work his way into a rhythm. Here’s Gilas Alexander. Count that one. He’s now five for eight. And the D can’t allow Gilas Alexander to get this positioning because once he does, he makes you pay. And here’s Hallebertton. He’s got 13. And he’s going for the oop here. And the slam dunk by Toppen. Toppen is a Skywalker. Obie. Insane verticality. [Applause] Kilis Alexander against McConnell. Wiggins. Passes to Williams. Gil just Alexander surveying the D. Down to five on the shot clock and so he draws the foul headed to the line to shoot a pair. It’s on TJ McConnell. When you’re as good a passer and score as SGA, you’ll get defenders to bite like that. And a look now at how the offensive approach has been going here so far for Oklahoma City. Well, in today’s NBA, the three-point shot is so valuable. They realize this and that’s why they’re continuing to drain as many as they can. Another thing that stood out to me tonight is their early success at the free throw line. I mean, they’ve been able to draw contact and then convert at the line. And the Pacers making a change here. Turner, he’s checked in for Bryant. Seakum comes in for Tophen. Benedict Matherin, he’s checked in for Nesmith. And it’s Nimhart in for McConnell. Both free throws good from Gilas Alexander making shots at the line. You need a good routine and he certainly has one outside. Matherin has to seek. [Applause] Here’s Matherin. Dor defending. Hallebertton on the wing. Hallebertton nails the three. This defense just can’t stay connected to shooters. Oklahoma City leading by five. Outside Williams. Now here’s Holren. Mather with a steal in transition. Here come the Pacers. Rips down the breakaway slam. Yeah, just the raw speed of Matherin. The defense can’t catch up, so he just goes all the way. Hallebert against Gilis Alexander. Pass to Hardenstein. Here’s the three. Matherine with a rebound. Pacers trail by [Applause] three. Great D that time from Homegrren. Oklahoma City has gone two of five from distance here in the second quarter. Here’s Gil’s Alexander and another miss by Oklahoma City. Indiana’s gone four of four from three-point land in the second quarter for Oklahoma City. They’ve gotten six of their 12 attempts to go since the end of the first D on the wing. He’s guarded by Nimhart. Lets it go from 11 and he connects with a jumper. So Dorch got six. Nice use of strength by Dort. He runs into the inside contact but pushes right through it. Hallebertton outside. [Applause] And there’s the whistle. The illegal screen is the call. That’s a second foul of the first half. Not a big deal yet, but something to keep an eye on. And the Thunder making a change here. Caruso is checked in. And the Pacers also making a change. Nmith, he’s checked in for [Applause] Hallebertton. Now here’s Caruso. He’s guarded by Nimhart. Right here. Dork. The pass to Caruso. Here’s Homegrren. [Applause] Six to shoot. Hartinstein with a screen on Seakkum from deep. Homegrren. Oh, the long ball from Homegrren. And Homegrren already has the trust of his teammates, which is why they set screens for him. Nimhart. The pass to Ni Smith. [Applause] Biano outside to the paint. Here’s Turner. Gets his second attempt to go. Now he’s one for two. Tossing around that 250 lbs. Turner going right through the contact to the inside. Dort. The kick out to Williams. up top. Homegrren was rebounded by Pascal Seakkum. You know guys, you can tell he wants to contribute more, but his teammates have picked up the slack for him. That’s what being on the team is all about. Here’s Nhard out left to the wing. Here’s Turner. Yep, that one’s good. And now just a four-point Thunder lead. Defensively, they’ve got to get more bodies in the paint. That’s three straight field goals from below the free throw [Applause] line. Caruso a screen on Matherin. Dor for three. Fires in the triple. Dorch got five points in the quarter. Very consistent tonight at the offensive end. Right there. He helps fuel the fire outside. Nmith and the foul called on Chad Homegrren. That’s his first foul of the game. 152 left in the first half of basketball. Nimhard right side. Just five to shoot. lets it fly. And you know during this second quarter I just don’t think he’s looked like himself at all. And it’s Matan missing. Caruso with it. Seakum covering. Hardenstein passes to Dor and he was fouled in the act of shooting. Opportunity for a three-point play here. He got off to a slow start. It took him a little while to get into the flow of this game, but he’s turned it on here in the second. McConnell. He’s checked in for Nmith. First trip to the free throw line for him tonight. That’s good from Dort. Yeah, just knocking down every free throw. I mean, I love to see this kind of efficiency. Yeah, you have to make teams pay for fouling you. That’s why they call them free. And they’ve done exactly that. Made them pay. Seaka with a screen on Caruso. Here’s McConnell. There’s the drive. Hartinstein pulls it in. Hardenstein’s got six rebounds in the game. Caruso outside. Pass to Hardenstein. Now here’s Holgren from downtown. The rebound by Nimhard. There’s 48 seconds left in the first half. Seakum outside the three. He buries it from three. Seakum’s got 12 points in the game. You have to take Seiakum seriously at the arc. He can hurt you from there. Williams finds Hardenstein. Back to Williams. Screen by Holren. Three-pointer. Williams misses. And the defense got away with one there. I mean, that’s a shot he typically makes. Here’s Seakum. Shoots over Hartstein. Seakum. No good. Oklahoma City leading by seven. Caruso with it. Pass to [Applause] Homegrren. Another shot. Can’t get the layup. And we finished off one half a play. Oklahoma City ahead. They lead by seven. And we’ll be right back after halftime for the start of the third quarter. See you in just a bit. One of the best ways to control the game, take care of the [Applause] board. And here we go. The NBA finals continue here on 2K Sports. You know, Shay Gilis Alexander has been exceptional here, guys. You just love his patience offensively in the first half. Waited until he got the looks he wanted. Well, you know what, guys? It was all about efficient offense, not rushing things, taking your time, finding the best shot on every [Applause] possession. And here’s Hallebertton. He’ll bring it up for the Indiana Pacers. They trail by seven. Some serious height in the middle. Homegrren the four. Hardenstein the five. Gilis Alexander runs the point with Gord at the two. And it’s Williams in a small forward. That’s the group for Mark Dagnalt starting the second half. And Oklahoma City shooting at a decent clip. 45% for the game. Here’s Hardenstein. Oh, he misses the reverse. Pacers trail by five. Pass to Turner. Nimart outside. Catherine against Williams. Just five on the clock. There’s the three. A rebound by Shay Gilis Alexander. And for those tuning in, we’re about a minute into this second half. Homegr. Pass to Gilgis [Applause] Alexander. Gord right side. That one’s good. And so Gilis Alexander with the assist. Gilis Alexander’s got six assists in the game. Indiana’s gone six of 14 from the perimeter tonight. Hallebertton finds Turner. Nimhard with it. Gord defending. Gord with a steal. Here we go. One-on-one. Pass to Homegrren. Gilas Alexander with a ball. Hartenstein with a screen on Matherin. Here’s Gilas Alexander. And the ball out of play. The Pacers will have it. [Applause] Pacers trail by seven. And we’re just about 2 minutes into the second half now. Hallebertton outside. Clock at six. Down low. Hallebertton working through the D. Tyresese Hallebertton. Take a bow, young fella. You deserve it. You have been outstanding. Outside Williams shoots over Matherin. Williams misses. This isn’t how they wanted to start the second half. Only one of four. Here’s Hallebertton. Hallebertton getting it done against the tough D. They’re not messing around. Five of their last six buckets have come from the interior. And Mark Dagnel has called a timeout. A moment to rest and confer on the game [Applause] plan. Just over two and a half minutes gone by in the second half. Pass to Homegrren. [Applause] Back to Gilgis Alexander and he got the whistle on the way up. So he’ll be headed to the line for a pair. There’s that man. Gilgis Alexander. So tough to contend with his quickness. He’s gone six of six from the line tonight. First free throw is good. Both free throws good from Gilas Alexander. Yeah. What’s special about Gilas Alexander is how shifty he is, which also makes it so tough on defenses. Outside Maverick on the wing, Nimhart. [Applause] There’s a screen by Turner. Shot clock at five. And then Turner with the dunk. Really adept at rolling after setting the screen. Turner a difficult cover in these pick and rolls. Do it outside. Back to Gilas Alexander. It’s stolen by Hallebertton. Third quarter of basketball here. A little under three and 1/2 minutes gone by and a foul called on the way up. So he’ll take two from the free throw line. Lou Door picks one up. Hallebertton so versatile and skilled. This guy finds ways to keep the defense off balance. Pretty consistent. Indiana shooting their third and fourth free throw shots of the night. [Applause] free throw good. Hallebertton Hallebertton is just one of those young guys that has a really well-rounded game. Makes shots pretty much from anywhere on the floor. [Applause] And both free throws good for Hallebertton. Just over three and a half minutes through the third. Here’s Gilis Alexander. Oh, the determination from Gilas Alexander. Yeah, and Gilis Alexander is a fighter. Someone that challenges the defense and bullies his way through contact. [Applause] Siaka looking it over. Dort with a steal. Matan against Williams. Over Matherin. Williams shot is good. Williams has got nine points. And I like the way Williams works in these mid-range areas. I mean, such an impressive [Applause] score. Now here’s Nimhard North defending. Nimhart. Pass to Hallebertton. Now Nimhard, he’s scoreless. Seian outside. Shot clock at six and Indiana misses again. Yes, still close, but with their tough play on the boards, we’re certainly seeing the effort outside. Gilis Alexander. [Applause] Second shot opportunity. Tries yet again. Look at SGA. So adept in traffic. And I like what the defense was thinking, but Gilchas Alexander just outworks them and gets his shot. Hallebertton. The pass to Nart. And here’s Seakum. Back to Nimart. Hires the three. Offensive board. You know, defensively, you just can’t afford to give him that much room. They’re fortunate that he missed that one. Williams. Oh, and makes it with the kiss. And now a nine-point Oklahoma City lead. And he is stronger than he looks. Trust me. I mean, Williams has the bulk to win those tough battles inside. Pass to [Applause] Turner. Up top. Seakum. He’s covered by [Applause] Holren. Hallebertton against Kilis Alexander. Hallebertton. Pass to Seakum. Shoots over Holgrren. And Indiana misses again. And the shooter had very little space on that attempt. And guys, that’s exactly the kind of high impact defense they want to see out of him. Buries it from three. Homer’s got his third basket of the night. Ah, a superb three-point threat. When Homegr is knocking down triples, he’s hard to contain. And we’ll have a timeout here. Called by Rick Carile. He wants to give him a breather and talk things over. You have to like what we’re seeing from Shay Gilas Alexander. Boy, he’s been killing them all night and the defense looks like it’s practically packed it in. Caruso, he’s checked in for Chad Homegrren. And the Pacers also making a change. Nmith’s checked in. And here’s Indiana now. A 12-point game. Here’s Hallebertton. They still need this. Solid defense from Gilas Alexander. They really have a commanding lead, not just in points, but in rebounds as well. And what I like about it, it’s been a physical brand of basketball. Had a little sandpaper element to it. Gritty and rough, but that’s how you win games. The first one falls. [Applause] and Williams drops them both. And man, looking good from the line so far this half. 100% since halftime. Come on now. I’m not sure this lead’s going away anytime soon with that kind of marksmanship. Now here’s Hallebertton. 24 points for him. Nimhard outside. Five to [Applause] shoot over Dort and Indiana misses again. Yeah, they just can’t seem to end the drought no matter where they shoot it from. And you know, they’ve got to be careful. This is when the team concept breaks down and the guys start playing hero ball. And Seakova’s got the ball here for the Indiana Pacers. They trail by 14 to halt the run. Oklahoma City grabs a miss. Arstein’s got rebound number nine now. What an effort here tonight. Here’s Gilis Alexander and he converts the layup. Gilas Alexander’s got eight here in this quarter. You’re not going to get stops against him unless you give an effort. priority and goal number one has to be tightening up the defense. They can’t afford to give him open looks. And we’ll have a timeout here. Called by Rick Carile. Coach wants to speak to his guys, maybe alter some of the game plan. [Applause] Here’s Nesmith still without a bucket. Turner with it. picked up by N Smith and we’re going to have a jump ball. Williams against Seakkum from deep. Count it. That’s his sixth field goal in 12 tries. Yeah. And Seiakum is the total offensive package. A big man with post moves and a reliable jumper. Caruso. A screen on Hallebertton. Gil just Alexander from outside. And the rebound goes to the Pacers. Near’s got four rebounds in the game. Got a piece of it. And a fast break now for the Thunder. And a moment to check out the scoring breakdown for the Thunder. Their offensive game plan has been simple. Look to shoot it often from outside the arm and the results have been outstanding. And they’ve also been ferocious inside. Really taking advantage in the painted area and making good on those chances. Williams has checked in for Oklahoma City. Joe comes in for Gilgis Alexander. Toppin. He’s checked in for Indiana. McConnell comes in for Tyresese Hallebertton. [Applause] Now here’s McConnell covered by Joe Topphen outside. This one for three. Williams grabs the board. He didn’t make them pay for that weak defense. But they just can’t rely on him to miss those kind of shots. Now here’s Dort tightly guarded. They set the screen. Here’s Caruso. And another miss by Oklahoma City. That’s a shot he’d like back. He’s usually going to make those. Seakum. The pass to Near. Toppin outside. Three-pointer on target from range. Toppin’s got nine. Well, making threes is vital for Tophin developing his stretch big skill. Williams passes to Dort. Let’s go with a three. Gets the three ball to go. So Dorch’s got five points now this quarter. This is just fun. These teams are trading threes back and forth. Nothing like answering back. One team gets three, you fire three of your own. Boom. Seakum gets the bucket. Using focus and balance to convert jumpers. Wow. Seakum has really improved his shooting. Inside. Here’s Caruso. Oh, he misses the dunk. Pacers trail by 12. Pass to [Applause] McConnell. Back to [Applause] Nesmith. McConnell outside. Six on the shot clock to the left wing. Here’s Seakkum. That one’s good on the assist from McConnell. Seakum’s got 19 points. Boy, he’s really been dominant in this one. Unfortunately, he hasn’t had much help. They set the pick and here’s Caruso outside. He drops it from range and the Thunder lead by 13. And that’s on the defense giving him a decent look. That’s his shot. Limhard. The pass to N Smith. [Applause] Pass to Topphen over Williams again. Indiana and he’s coming off a huge performance and his confidence couldn’t be any higher and his coach knows that too. Showing no signs of slowing or cooling down. They’re going to ride him as far as he can take him. Now here’s Dort. 17 points in the game and he gets that one in that first half. a lot more three-point shooting. Since then, though, they’ve dialed it back. This is his second trip to the free throw line in this one. Wiggins, he’s checked in for Oklahoma City. Shepard, he’s checked in for Indiana. That’s good from Dort. And I think Lou Dort is a textbook example of a higheffort player. He is just relentless on both ends, constantly looking for ways to make a difference. Now, here’s Seakkum. He’s got 19. Williams grabs the board. Williams has got four rebounds now. And Williams punches it home. You put a little flare on that one. Yes, he did. Man, he’s a strong finisher, huh? Not when he can throw it down like that. Boom. McConnell against Caruso. McConnell outside. Pass to Seakkum over Williams and no good trying to use the glass. They’ve shown the power inside. Their rebounding effort has been sensational, guys. That’s putting it mildly. I mean, they’ve been absolutely dominant. Now here’s Dort. 16-point lead, the largest margin in the game. Williams with the screen. Dort the pass to Williams. Piccado with a steal. Here’s Nesmith. What a performance for Shay Gilgis Alexander. He has been the story for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Totaling 26. Rick Carile had some advice for his team. Let’s hear what he had to say. Hey. Hey. It’s all about physical. It’s all about physical. Make sure we’re running back. Touch somebody. Touch somebody. Pleading for his team to be more physical and aggressive. Yeah. Something we hear often from coach Carlile urging his team to play tough out there. And time for us to get back into it here in game one. And a look at the five for the Pacers to start the fourth quarter. They’ve got TJ McConnell kneesmith out there with Tophen. Then it’s Hallebertton and it’s Bryant in at the five down low. And I’m surprised that didn’t go down. I mean I’m sure he is too. Gil just Alexander passes to Wiggins. heading play to stop that easy layup right there. I mean, make him earn it at the line. Yeah, exactly. I mean, free throws are always better than a layup. So, I’d agree with you there. That one misses. We got this. We got this. [Applause] And he’s good on the second. And here’s Indiana now. 17-point game. [Applause] McConnell against Gilis Alexander. Hallebertton outside the teardrop. Oh, taking the contact. Hallebertton. Hallebertton’s length. Really an asset on that play. Gilg Alexander. Passes to Wiggins. Now here’s Joe. Defended by Hallebertton. Now here’s Caruso to the middle. tipped topping with a steal. Here’s Hallebertton. Hallebertton all the way. A terrific effort from Hallebertton so far offensively. He’s not holding anything back on that end of the floor. And that’s a foul called on TJ McConnell. That’s foul number two for him. [Applause] Williams finds Caruso and there’s the screen, drives to the hoop, pass to Gilas Alexander. Good on the shot. Gilas Alexander’s got 28 points for the game. Sometimes with that much of a height advantage, resistance is futile. Hallebertton looking for an opening. Fires from 14. Oklahoma City grabs a miss. And we’re about 2 minutes into the fourth now. Here’s Gilg Alexander again. Oklahoma City clutch buckets. He’s paving the way as they hit the home stretch. Now here’s McConnell. Pass to Hallebertton and the sweet roll that time on the rim. That one falls. Hallebertton’s got six here in the quarter. Boy, he’s making it look really easy right now. I expect him to continue to run the offense through him until the defense makes them change plan. He gets it in there and just not letting up at all. I mean, you have to love this approach. You want to get the ball to the guys who make plays. If it’s working, keep working it. That’s what I say. Keep the pressure on. Here’s Hallebertton. Joe grabs the miss. Joe’s got four rebounds in the game to the inside. Here’s Gil Alexander. Oh, misses the dunk. Tell you what, he does not miss many of those. He’s usually a very strong finisher in tight. Pass to Bryant outside. Smith releases and it’s good off the back rim and in and another great assist. The offense is really clicking now. You know, the defense has really been kept off balance because of the outstanding passes. Four straight field goals have been made off an assist. Here’s Gil’s Alexander and here’s Caruso outside. It’s hauled in by McConnell. Sometimes it’s just not your night. Fortunately, his teammates have picked up the slack. And N Smith gets it to go. You’re leaving him all alone? Good luck. He’s going to drill that every time. Gilis Alexander against McConnell. That one is off. Excellent D there from Bryant. Hallebertton for three. Oklahoma City grabs a miss. Caruso’s got five rebounds in the game. Pass to Gilis Alexander. Shoots over McConnell and Gilis Alexander gets it to go on the assist by Caruso. Caruso’s got his fourth assist with that last one. Hallebertton on the wing. Joe with the ball. Hallebertton picks him up. And here’s N Smith to the paint. and stolen by Caruso. Left side, Gilis Alexander and out of bounds. The Pacers will take it. Oklahoma City making a switch here. Dors checked in. The Pacers also with a sub. Nimhart. He’s checked in for McConnell. And here’s Hallebertton. He’ll bring it up for Indiana. They trail by 14. Brian a screen on Gilis Alexander Hallebert and the pass to Bryant and he’ll draw the foul. He’ll head to the line for two [Applause] free throw good [Applause] Brian and both free throws good for Bryant. It can help a big man’s game to hit those free throws. It keeps the defense from getting too aggressive. [Applause] Gilas Alexander with a ball. Pass to Caruso. Wiggins outside. Six to shoot. Here’s Gil’s Alexander. And again, Oklahoma City. No good. You got to move past that one. I mean, they’d want him to take that again. Well, you know, I hear you. That’s a good look, but when you’re that wide open, I think you got to knock it down. There’s a screen. Here’s Toppin and it’s Shay Gil just Alexander with the rebound. Step back shot and the shot goes down. Gil just Alexander’s got 10 points in the quarter. Hey, they are really exploiting openings in the mid-range. 10 straight points from that area. You know what I’ve always said, partner? Good shooting covers over a multitude of fields. You’re seeing it right now. Bryan against Williams. Nimhard. The pass to Topphen. Toppin. A screen on Caruso. There’s Nesmith with a three. Knocks down the triple. Thunder leading by 11. Good shot. Now Gilis Alexander. Pass to Wiggins. Gord with it. There’s a screen by Wiggins. down low and he caught that pass in full stride on his way to the big slam. Woo! Defensively, you can’t afford to let him get to the rim that easily. Well, that might be why their deficit is what it is right now. You know, you look at it, the communication is lacking, as is the trust. They can ill afford those types of breakdowns. It won’t work. You can’t win with those kind of breakdowns. Their defense has to do a better job of smothering those shooters. Here’s Gilis Alexander again. Oklahoma City. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. They should continue to ride the hot hand. Pacers trail by 12. Here’s Hallebertton. Puts it up from 12. And it’s Indiana scoring again. That’s one of the things his coaches have encouraged him to do. Look for the mid-range jumper. Tyrese way to knock it down. And we’ve got a timeout called by Mark Dagno looking to get everyone dialed in and engaged. So for Oklahoma City, Hardenstein, he’s checked in for Williams. Chad Homegrren comes in for Wiggins. And Williams is subbed in for Caruso. All right, let’s check in with Ally Leforce. Hi guys. Well, Mark Dagnel was just reviewing the plan with his team. He loves their effort tonight. He said, quote, “This is how we wanted to come into this, looking to push the action, dictating the tempo. We are where we need to be to even things up.” Of course, he’s talking about the season series, guys. Back to you as always, Ally. We thank you. Williams on the wing, fires the three, drills it from deep. Williams has got 11 points here in the second half. He drilled one from deep in the first half. Doing it again here in the second pass to Seakkum to the middle and it goes out of bounds. Last touch by Hartenstein. [Applause] There’s a screen by Turner. Five on the clock. Out to the wing. Shoots over Hardenstein and it falls all over the rim and in. And the evolution of Seiakum continues. Seeing him make great passes like this proves he’s only getting better. Scary thought. Pass to Homegrren. Back to Gilis Alexander. And here’s Homegrren outside Williams. Matherine with a rebound. And here’s Matherin. He’ll bring it up for Indiana. It’s a 13-point game. Siaka, no good. Boy, that defense smothered him in there. Love the intensity. Gilgis Alexander against Hallebertton with some arc and he’s going to the line for two. The officials saw contact while he was going up. It’s going to be on Tyresese Hallebertton. I love when Gilg Alexander looks to score because it forces the defense to act. [Applause] And he makes the first [Applause] [Applause] Both free throws good from Gilas Alexander. Here’s Hallebertton. Pass to Nimhard. Now Turner launches it. The Thunder pull it in. Williams has got his sixth rebound on the night. I love their work on the glass. They hold a nice rebounding advantage. Yeah, they’ve brought the sandpaper edge to their attack. Really fighting and scrapping inside. A lot of grit and grind with these guys. Impeccable defense from Gilis Alexander for guard. He blocks a fair amount of shots. Pass to Hardenstein. Homegrren with it. Fires for three. The rebound by Nhard. Nimart’s got five rebounds tonight. [Applause] Over to the left wing. Now here’s Hallebertton. Turner. A screen on Gilis Alexander. Hallebertton shot is good. Really smooth looking jumper there by Hallebertton making the most of that opportunity to score the ball. Thunder leading by 13. 152 left to play in the fourth. Oh, Shay showing no fear inside. This arrow’s been trending up as of late and he’s been magnificent tonight. I wasn’t quite sure if he’d be able to maintain that same level of play. I had my doubts coming into this game, but consider my doubts disappear. Just five to shoot. Here’s Hallebertton. Some solid defense from Gilis Alexander. And as the clock winds down, it’ll be interesting to see how both teams adjust in game two. But confidence building indeed for the Thunder. A pair of tremendous rebounding teams. And these guys played a little harder tonight. And that was the edge they needed. And they’re off to a strong start in these NBA Finals going up 10. and really sent a clear message tonight that they intend to win this series. They played with real determination out there and you just hope they can maintain this energy level and what a huge performance it was for Shay Gilis Alexander.
