Not at 14th. You don't pay lottery contract for senior.
Brook Lopez, 3pt% 35.2
Maxime Raynaud 3pt% 35.2
I don't think Spurs should take him at #14, too high. Sorber should still be on the board who is younger and more of that athletic rim protector. Raynaud doesn't look that athletic. Zach Collins in his Freshman year looked more athletic than Raynaud in his Senior season. A similar player who is a better rim protector and can hit the occasional 3pt is Ryan Kalkbrenner who the Spurs may be able to draft in the second round.
If Wemby wants him, go get him. Hes trending up and 14 isn't toooo much of a reach.
Yes but not sure at 14
Raynaud a reach at #14.
We 3d wing at 14
Center Thomas Sorber 6'10 260 Georgetown. Can follow in the footsteps of Patrick Ewing, Dikembe Mutombo, Alonzo Mourning.
Don’t rely on a 7 footer not named Wemby to shoot 40% much less draft a 7 footer for 3pt shooting. Defensive Rebounding has been an issue since Timmy. Sochan and a Big not on the roster need to be those guys that don’t allow 2nd chance points. Go get me Draymond Green.
Sad that we copy the league when the league used to copy us.
Rafael Barlow at The Locked on Big Board who scout draft prospects has him as a lottery pick or first rounder. I don't think the Spurs will pick him but Brook Lopez is a fossil fuel at this point. I'd hope we use the pick to get someone in their prime and not someone close to going on medicare.
