Get rid of Coby if they have to chose between the two
Coby's still too inconsistent. Keep Giddey, his ceiling is high. Coby should probably be kept, but he is not Allstar material. Keep him just because we have no one else. If he ends up being 6 man it's still worth it. The style of play in the NBA these days is to go deep into the roster and embrace load management. The deeper the team the better. The Bulls would be better off getting P-Will off the books.
Same things I said in the post on your last few videos. %16 of the cap for Giddey not a penny more and for Coby they can not offer him more than a 4yr/80M contract and he not taking that Pwill level deal. The 5yr/125 (~%16 of the cap) for Giddy is ok but they can not pay Giddy 30M/yr or any more than 25M/yr and have room for a legit #2 and legit #1 (either in trade or FA).. I have done the math and anything over %16 will not work, no one is going to a losing team on a discount therefore you have to have the Full #1 and #2 money slots available for things to work in getting a #2 and #1. Coby and Giddy play like #3s and we have seen enough of #3s getting #1 and #2 money and not being able to win anything in the post season.
Coby is def getting traded as he is gonna walk regardless (if you were his agent no way you would settle for 4yrs/80M – so this is definitively going to happen and the Bulls wont get as much as they want for him the longer it takes as team know that Coby will walk to get more money so its better for the bulls to trade him as soon as possible to maximize the return so ideally they need to move him before the start of the season), question is what package can you flip him for.
They should be trying to flip for Kuminga and then draft two real 7 footers to get this team on track (you build for the playoffs not the reg season) , after that they need to make a trade for a #1 option happen this year (if they see that they dont have that dude by the deadline) or next off season.
😊Build a team and win. Coby showed he can shoot, drive in traffic and he has great handles. Kind of hard to recruit. The pace strategy requires depth. Draft mobile frontline defensive minded players. Let cook and then upgrade as necessary. Letting players go before you know what you have is counterproductive.
This is wild to me. But tbh, do we really see coby as someone who can lead this team talent wise? My heart still wants to keep him tho

Letting go of White at 25 would be a big mistake. He’s flirted with being an All Star and a 6th Man regardless of what position / situation the Bulls have put him in. The Bulls just don’t know what to do with talent or build around it.

Giddey can impact the team as a whole better in my opinion I would tend to get mad when Coby would ball hog too much gimme Giddey
I just want them to trade his ass already. I’m so tired of seeing people overvaluing the hell out of him. Giving him a new contract will set this franchise back another 5 years. Fans think with their emotions way more than they think rationally.

Cody's leadership gas value and people saying Coby isnt consistant are acting like Giddy is always consistant and that's simply not true. Personally i want to keep both but if i had to trade one it would be Giddy if it was for a player like Deni or a package deal for a player like Giannis. Giddey has more value right now but Coby has an insane drive and work ethic comes through more in big moments and his leadership is very valuable for the Bulls in particular unless they traded him in a package for Giannis but his value is likely not high enough to put that kind of package together.

To say Coby is a 3rd a 4th option is pretty rediculous. Maybe pn a team like Warriors or Thunder or Spurs bit most teams in the league he would be a 2rd or 3rd option and some teams a 1st option. Even on this Bulls team he could end up being better than Giddey but why rist trading a player thats ascending rapidly? If we could get a great return fine otherwise it makes much more sense to keep him…its not like hea gonna get 40mil a year…he might not even get 25 but he's def worth 25 even at this point in time and he's only getting better!

I have a honest question??? Why would the bulls keep him going into the season?that would limit his trade value to team who could also afford to sign in the offseason..why would a team trade any value for a player I could just wait to be a free agent? Or for a player they can’t afford to bring back
There’s no reason to deal either of them now, unless they get a compelling offer, and then I think it should be Coby. Might be able to get more for him, and Giddey’s still so young that he has upside potential. I see him getting better every year.
Whatever we shop for, it has to be defense. This team – any team – isn't making a run at anything without it.

Using VORP and AVG league salary Coby White really hasn't outperform his contract. However, half the season he was in different role. 20 to 25 for both and i'd be happy. They did not show they could it consistently for an entire season.
You have been on this trade Coby White topic since before last season started. Honestly I don't think you really like him. You've done numerous videos of trading him. More than videos of players we should actually be looking to trade. I hope they decide to keep him so I don't have to video of you talking about trading him.
