so could the Atlanta Hawks be trading away Trey Young to the Orlando Magic this 2025 NBA offseason well here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from bleacherreport.com the link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself but this trade would see the uh Atlanta Hawks trading Trey Young to the Orlando Magic for Jaylen Suggs Anthony Black Jet Howard and a top 10 protected 2027 first round draft pick so in my personal opinion if Trey Young were to be on the trade market this off season I think the Orlando Magic would be chomping at bit to make an offer for him i think Trey Young in a perfect world would be like an amazing fit for this Magic team having him in the back court you know fills that hole you also add him to a team that already consists of some good young talent already led by France Vagner and Paulo Bang uh Paulo Bonero up front so having a big three of Trey Paulo and Fron that is really awesome they can grow together they’re still super young as well and they could be a very scary team in the East which by the way next year the East is pretty wide open in my opinion so maybe the Magic want a bit of a run they become a championship caliber team with this core it’s a perfect fit now if you’re the Atlanta Hawks you’re sort of building something pretty intriguing there they have some good pieces like they have Resa they have Okongwoo uh they of course have Tyson Daniels and there’s going to be adding to that as well once Jaylen Johnson comes back from his injury so this uh Hawks team could be pretty fun to watch next year and if you’re able to add some more depth to the team especially depth in regards to younger talent this could honestly make this team a little bit better maybe it fits their identity a little bit more moving forward and they can kind of do this as a unit this could be given the keys potentially to Shay or even Tyson Daniels as the futures of this franchise so I think Suggs Black Howard and a first round draft pick is pretty good value especially if you’re the Hawks as well where that draft capital a lot of it belongs to San Antonio from the Dejonte Murray trade so truthfully speaking I think this could be actually a pretty cool thing for both teams to do i still think the uh the Magic would win this deal though because Trey Young is the best player and he just fits this team alongside Paulo and Fron tremendously well but as I mentioned before uh from a depth perspective and just kind of how this team is built in Atlanta this could be a pretty cool fit for them as well but uh those are just my thoughts leave yours down below
