uh so I’m going to talk about our flow offense And uh by flow offense it’s is it’s what we run when the other team scores a basketball And so if you think about a breakdown of an NBA game there’s roughly 50% of the game when we’re just playing basketball We just say we’re just hooping That’s after other anytime we get a rebound anytime the other team turns the ball over we’re running We’re not running the play We’re just running lanes in transition and we’re trying to find advantages Then there’s 20% of the game 20% of the game is roughly atto’s dead ball situations We’re running plays And so this leaves 30% of the game Within this 30% of the game is when we try to run flow And when we have this 30% of the game it’s like a pocket It’s like a window within the game when we feel like we can dictate how we play and like the way in which we play And we try to use it as a time to connect our team And even if it’s something as simple as making sure the ball gets to the other side of the floor
