Michael Jordan talks about current NBA players not WORKING as HARD #shorts #nba #michaeljordan

you look back in our era michael Jordan the Magic Johnson’s Larry Bird Charles Barkley’s we earned what we got when the corporate America came to us we had a game that could validate their admiration and sponsorship and all that yeah now they get that before they played one game so in essence you’re paying the kid off of potential that he may be great you don’t think that’s good no because I said I think it sets bad work ethic when you get something so easily you’re not gonna work as

  1. He so right, they had to show for three years before they started getting big money. Last 10-15 years half those guys who got big up front money were flops.

  2. He is corrextremely about paying for potential instead of performance. Potential can amount to zero, especially with this load management nonsense. A lot of players don't play the 82 games. Players is the sevenities, eighties, nineties and early two thousands played 82 games. Now the NBA is talkIng about shrinking the schedule to less games. Players are overpaid and under perform with the game is not as exciting as before.

  3. Unfortunately companies think that they need to sign these guys to deals before they blow up.. like getting in on that IPO early and watching it sky rocket .. Jordan is right it sets a bad work ethic.. but companies think if sign 5 guys and 3 of em pan out, that’s better than me signing non of them because by the time they hit stardom they’re already inked.. that’s the issue

  4. What is he blabbering about, these kids literally have to prove themselves in college in order to get any sort of deal. Do you think they don’t have to work hard for that? What a dumb tank

  5. Barkley never won a RING!! No respect, Isiah Thomas, game 5 vs Laker in 88 finals, swollen anklen, limping, never consider to NOT PLAY! Isiah and The bad boys attitude of “IT NOT SKILL ITS WILL” is the reason MJ got as good as he did, he couldn't win a ring untill he set and example and became a leader for his team and EVERY bulls player during the summer of 1990 made the choice to WORK WORK WORK AND the bull finally became physically and mentally stronger and became the first of two threepete/3pete

  6. Exactly true example big country thank you for the one year we got him in the Vancouver grizzlies hours Oklahoma life there big country
