start bench cut these Oklahoma City Thunder MVP seasons ooh so we have 2014 KD 2017 Westbrook and 2025 SGA three iconic seasons honestly might be the only team with three different MVPs in the last 11 years it’s actually pretty impressive i think I have to start with the real MVP Kevin Durant i’m doing it prolific scores at all three levels he’s a dominator for that team the key point of that team yeah he averaged a clean 32 and five and I think that OKC team was much better than the 2017 team that Westbrook was on yeah I’m trying to think because Westbrook definitely carried that 2017 team but they didn’t go anywhere yeah first round exit but SGA has a much better supporting cast around him now i don’t know if it’s the nostalgia surrounding me right now but I’m going to bench Westbrook i’m going to put him there mr triple Double average a triple double immaculate season i’m going to have to cut SGA’s most recent season i have to do it

Sga plays better defense, is more efficient then Russ, is less turnover prone and is a threat off the ball while getting less free throws per game
Kd was an ultra efficient 30ppg a very underrated defender and played at a slower pace so he would average even more today
Westbrook averaged a triple double but was a ball hog with over 40% usage rate, he was ultra inefficient and very turnover prone plus he is the worst defender of all 3 of the guys but Russ was elite so no shade towards him the other 2 were just better
Yeah Westbrook avg a triple double won MVP and got bounced first round 😭😭 mean while when KD is there they made it to the finals and now with SGA they made it to the finals it’s a pretty clear answer

KD is a profilic scorer and SGA had a better supporting cast during his MVP season than the teammates that surrounded Russ during his MVP season. Russ averaged a triple double during the 2016-2017 regular season.
