so could the Phoenix Suns be trading away Devin Booker to the Philadelphia 76ers this 2025 NBA off seasonason well here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeawayorld.net the link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself but this trade would see the Philadelphia 76ers receiving Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns receiving Tyrese Maxi Quinton Grimes a 2028 first round draft pick from the Clippers and a 2029 firstround draft pick also from the Los Angeles Clippers so in my personal opinion I just don’t see a world where the Philadelphia 76ers are going to be giving up on Tyrese Maxi plus draft capital uh for someone like Devin Booker now Deon Booker is a tremendous player and I highly doubt that he will be getting shopped uh by the Phoenix Suns at any point this off season especially too if Kevin Durant departs the team which also had to point towards him probably getting traded uh prior to the NBA draft they want to build their team around Devin Booker so realistically speaking it doesn’t make sense but from a draft or from a like um you know trade perspective this is actually a pretty even deal in my opinion honestly I think that if you’re the Phoenix Suns you probably get a little bit better um off here because you get back Tyrese Maxi a really good defensive player a really solid player that can definitely be you know given the keys to the franchise and be the focal point of this team moving forward quinn Grimes as well was a good signing trade option for them to acquire and getting back those first round draft picks in both 2028 and 2029 from the Los Angeles Clippers which by the way they could look very different you know three or four years down the road this is tremendous value for the Phoenix Suns now is this going to happen as I mentioned before probably not now if you’re the Philadelphia 76ers why would you make this deal well first and foremost it’s to sort of shake up the team and have a bit of a new look heading into the 202526 season if you’re able to sort of maintain uh you know the current assets on this roster like Jared McCain whoever they draft third overall this year plus you get Paul George potentially bouncing back as well as Joel Embiid coming back from his injury it could make some sense like both teams fell short of expectations last year both teams could be I guess in the uh in the business for a change of scenery and this would definitely be that now no offense to Devin Booker but as I mentioned before I think if I had to pick a winner of this deal I would go with the Phoenix Suns in my personal opinion but as always leave your thoughts
