i told myself I wasn’t gonna make a video on this dude like I really did flashback like that that entire hypothetical trade going from six to two with the Spurs but in doing my research I was just like “No.” Like I’m going to put reports right here it looks like the Spurs are going to stay intact to number two they’ve stated multiple times they like Dylan Harper they want to stay with him you’re a damn good liar but now look at me now over here backtracking like an [ __ ] but no but seriously there’s new reports now saying that the Spurs could possibly entertain trading back like last week I was just like “No this is a foregone conclusion the Spurs ain’t trading back what the heck they got Dylan Harper but now I’m just like wait a second.” You know apparently I’m going to put the reports right here for you guys apparently the Sixers are trying to coers the Spurs and they’re trading up one spot apparently also the Pelicans want to take out the Spurs to freaking Shake Shack and I’m just like wait a second i I want a piece of this action it ain’t a party to Walt Dawkins arrives there ain’t a party like a Will Dawkins party not like that you know what I mean like Will Dawkins has a history of throwing successful parties on you street i’m sorry balak Kabali Keshan George Bob Carrington he wanted Bob Carrington got him if he wanted to he’s going to get you came in we knew there was a 50% chance that you’re getting five or six so you’re going into the lottery odds knowing that that’s most likely where you’re going to be and it’s a game of chance but like you said this rebuild that we’re on like we’re still at the beginning phases of it so there will be more and more rewards at the end of the tunnel but this got me thinking dude like I don’t know i don’t really think that often to be honest with you but like now I’m just like I’m probably going to have to freaking brainstorm trade ideas for the next six hours but anyways um if you enjoy this video please Harper fits them much better than Ace Bailey and and vice versa too because the Spurs if they if they cover Ace Bailey we don’t know yet but if they do Ace Bailey fits in their timeline because the Spurs are not only win now they’re win 10 years from now too with when Yama all their players are really young and then also like apparently the Sixers are having a workout with Ace Bailey next week so we don’t know yet we don’t know yet but you know also the Pelicans a team that’s been like reported to be super aggressive on draft day they also are coveting Ace Bailey now would they trade up the number two for Ace Bailey i don’t think so i think that’d be really dumb honestly um if I’m them I would wait till Ace Bailey to see him possibly slip on draft day if they really covered Ace Bailey that bad but if you want to secure him trade up with three but they’re saying now they’re interested with the Spurs at number two i’m assuming it’ll be for Dylan Harper and they’re possibly including Trey Murphy who’s a freaking stud you know like it was a bit ironic and like honestly not funny but you know u because I’m just like if you really want Ace Bailey that bad the ideal comparison for Ace Bailey would be somewhat of a Trey Murphy you’ve already have a Ace Bailey in your roster but I don’t know that’s the Pelicans i don’t want to you know you know they know what the hell they’re doing or maybe they don’t we don’t know but it has me thinking the only one up we have on the Pelicans right now is that we’re picking sixth and the Pelicans are picking seventh so if the Spurs really want Kamal Malaw like it was reported last week then the safer option would be us but then again it has to be all with the compensation but we are willing to give up what the Pelicans are willing to give up who the Spurs actually covet if they covet our players or if they cover a guy like Trent Murphy I’m pretty sure they if the Pelicans offer Trey Murphy it’s a wrap it’s a wrap we’ll see dude um but anyways uh I want to talk about you know I made a video last week right and in the video I’m over here you know I was just yammering and just just yammering a lot you know but um I was saying that we are in dire need of a blue chip player you know this this this is the summer of the blue chip in my opinion and you know in the video I was talking about like we don’t have a need right now our need is talent there is no need to draft for a need and in my opinion you got to take the BPA you’ve got to take the best player available the guy who you think has the highest upside you know we don’t have the foundational pieces yet in saying that I included scenarios i was just like dude if if Dylan Harper is that guy who I mean personally I think he is i mean he reminds me of Kate Cunningham you know um and the Wizards have reportedly really liked him coming into the draft lottery they were really high on Dylan Harper just throwing it out there but if you think he’s that guy the foundational piece the franchise player I was saying in a video you have to seriously consider trading Bal Kabali and six for number two for Dylan Harper i’m not saying you’re going to do it but you have to seriously consider it you know and and I love Balo bal is my favorite player on the Wizards you know you have to seriously consider trading players on your current roster to get that alpha dude that’s what I was saying and in saying that some dudes revolted some dudes revolted one dude commented and saying that he’s gathering all his Kuran baller bobbleheads and moving South Dakota i was like what the [ __ ] south Dakota [ __ ] all right you can do whatever you want south Dakota [ __ ] go ahead and be South here’s the way I see it though you don’t start drafting for a need unless two reasons one you have your foundational pieces already set in stone and you know who to build around and two you are close to winning we have neither of those i’m not saying we have a bad roster i really love the way Will Dawkins has maneuvered in the past two years we have great assets we have great young players on our roster but I firmly believe that Alex Rar is the lone possible blue chip player we have on our roster and that’s lone possible it’s not set in stone you know guy granted Balak Kulabali could shut my fat ass up i love Balak Kulabali i am rooting I’m rooting for everybody on this Wizards roster right now i love them all bob Carrington Keshan George AJ Johnson any every the vouch the [ __ ] i’m just saying realistically the guy with the highest ceiling is Alex Sar you know but anyways my main question for Wizards fans is how are we going to build around someone if we don’t know who that someone is we don’t know who that someone is ideally we’ll have a better picture after next season but we don’t know maybe somebody maybe even maybe maybe AJ Johnson freaking breaks out and we’re like “Okay no he’s the guy we’re going to you know build around.” That’s a that’s a that’s a long shot but you know you know I mean I love AJ Johnson but you know we need somebody to put the fear in players minds when they’re freaking flying over to Dallas and they’re like “Oh we got to play the Wizards tomorrow.” We need somebody to make Darius Garland’s knees quiver when he’s freaking heading into Capital One and I feel like freaking Dylan Harper can be that we need somebody to install a fear onto opposing teams there is nobody in our roster right now could Could there be somebody who emerges from a roster yeah but there’s nobody who’s bonafideed that’s the way I see it dude i want Darius Garland’s knees to quiver i want it to quiver when he heads to Capital One so um I don’t know why I’m singling out Darius Garland but but the question I have here is who would y’all give up so y’all pretty much know my stance i would seriously consider trading Balo and six for Dylan Harper because I think Dylan Harper is that guy the foundational piece who we can build around who we know okay this guy fits Dylan Harper’s you know perimeter needs this guy fits you know but who would y’all give up let me know in the comments this is I I want to read the comments who would y’all give up who would you and a lot of other scenarios maybe it’s not Balakabali I mean ideally I’m assuming they would want Balaka Kabali considering the web him connection you know that they maybe they really like Balak Kleabali they need wings they need wings you know but but maybe they want a guy like Bob Carrington who projects to be a better three-point shooter than Balak Kabali that’s actually the one of the main reasons why they’re you know considering apparently trading Dylan Harper because he doesn’t fit ideally well next to Stefan Castle and De’Arra Fox because Dylan Harper his you know bread and butter is driving to the rim he’s elite at that his shooting percentages cash and shooting wise I believe it was 36% last year he’s more of an elite finisher so you know does Bub Carrington’s shooting abilities does that project well with their possible three guard lineups that they they apparently really like you know does would that would Bob Carrington and Ty instead of Balak Kabali i even thought today I was just like what about Bob Carrington and and Justin Champeni you know and I love Champenni i to me in my opinion Champi should be in a 10-man roster i mean a 10-man rotation moving forward you know champenny reminds me of a dude who’s possibly playing in a freaking Pacers rotation right now i love Champenni and he gets to night with his twin over there twin in San Antonio but I don’t know but who would the Spurs cover it obviously you know I’m a dumb deck you got you got to match the salary though you got to match the salary u It would be a bit hard you might have to take absorb Harrison Barnes contract and you know you got to you have to you have to maneuver but you know who would the Spurs want that’s the money question who would y’all give up i’m asking you guys please let me know in the comments we need to brainstorm ideas dude because I feel like this is like a dream scenario i wanted to give this guy a shout out right here uh this dude’s been commenting for a while now on these uh uh ridiculous videos saying the Spurs need to trade back he was saying that Dylan Harper’s not a fit for them um he’s been claiming this for a while much kudos to this dude uh you know you know he even called it he called it because he said also the Pelicans too and then yesterday the Pelicans report come out so this guy knows what the hell he’s talking about he’s a Spurs fan spurs fans are great people uh the Alamo yeah fun stuff i mean let him know in the comments let him know he deserves it what would we give up for Dylan Harper we all know Will Dawkins likes Dylan Harper what would we give up he suggested you know Balo and six um he he’s he’s a realistic Spurs fan he said also he doesn’t know about the SAR in six cuz he doesn’t that Pool could possibly be traded and the odds on favorites are the Magic who I’ve been talking about too for a while i feel like every dude with three brain cells has been talking about the Magic it’s the perfect fit i love Jordan Pull i would love to see him in Orlando but we’ll see you have to make the salaries match you know um my only question my only input on this my this is my take will will Dawkins learn from his previous mistakes regarding holding out for Tai Jones in a first round pick kyle Kosma apparently it was reported that he had two first round picks for the Mavericks last year and then we kind of quote unquote no no I’ll be honest we settled but we got AJ Johnson in it so may he might have cooked but still you if you had reportedly reportedly two first round picks and you end up with you know a former first round pick I feel like third time’s a charm because it looks like Jordan P and the Wizards the Wizards want two first round picks for him third time’s a charm if the Magic are willing to give up pick 16 i not it’s not two first round picks but in my opinion the way I see it is we if we’re going to trade into a contender it’ll be two low first round picks pick 28 pick 29 pick 27 two years in a row or do you want pick 16 in a strong draft class give me pick 16 dude match the salary cap fellers i’m going leave that to the experts but like that’s the way I see it give me pick 16 i would rather have one first round pick than two first round two late first round picks give me pick 16 in a strong draft and then give it to Will Dawkins and let him cook let him cook so you know that’s the way I see it but um yeah man let me know what you guys think about that also uh Marcus Smart uh another report right here apparently the Kings are interested in him the Kings are interested in everybody malcolm Brogden they’re interested in many Wizards point guards previous Wizards pointing guards Malcolm Brogden you know so Marcus Mah is a great veteran for the team veterans are super imperative in a rebuilding phrase roster but Chris Middleton’s also there too and Chris Middleton’s a great veteran as well championship pedigree if you were to be like “Hey man who you want to keep Marcus Smart or Chris Middleton?” I’d probably choose Chris Middleton we’ll see what uh Will Dawkins has to cook um I like them both though will Dawkins do your thing i trust
