round picks are on or active but so I decided to put just like the four first round picks here Obviously we’re keeping our lottery or semi lottery pick for Desmond Bay Now I believe four first round picks is a lot Like really crazy I’d even have to override the trade The Memphis Grizzlies just accepted instantly This definitely does help out with the spacing and like the three and D that still does provide KCP had a really bad season so it’s whatever You’re not really losing out of much Cole Anthony was really good It’s the four first round picks that kind of bites you in the butt And with our pick I’m just going to go ahead and draft Derry Queen with the 16 overall pick Welcome to the team And with our second round pick honestly doesn’t really matter We’ll just choose best available Michael Rusk Now this trade kind of was beneficial because I did have plans Cooper Flag went second by the way Also the draft picks aren’t in order Oh well I just made sure that we had the 16 pick But yeah this trade was kind of beneficial cuz I did have plans of rebuilding every single team in the offseason And why not start with the Magic because I feel like it’s the most interesting trade out of the two You know the Grizzlies are just getting KCP Cole Anthony for a first round pick which is a great return don’t get me wrong I just feel like the Magic are in a win now state Maybe not win now this season I don’t think they could win this season but definitely like they’re trying to compete sooner rather than later We’re going to let Cory Joseph walk 3.5 mil for 75 for all 33 years old Yeah Count your days And in free agency we have to resign absolutely no one And we have about 8 mil to try and spend on any player we desire If we could just sign like decent shooters on a pretty cheap contract I’m all for that At the end of the day this is really all this team needs Just shooting and veteran leadership maybe But in 2K veteran leadership I don’t think it really does much Luke Canard sharpshooter If we could sign him on like a 3.5 mil deal or even 3.75 extend on a we’ll give him a 3 years team option flat deal AJ Mitchell perimeter threat guard that could shoot I guess we’re going to this one year cuz he probably got waved or something And then you know what Larry Ness is pretty cheap Pretty cheap He just wants the minimum We’ll sign him on a three-year deal Welcome to the team a decent trade I just I don’t know if four first round picks was the value market for Desmond Bane Like it sets it really high Especially if KD wants to get traded the Suns are probably looking at it like yo Desmond Bane just got traded for four four first round picks Why can’t we just trade KD for like seven first round picks you know I just the market’s all like around just screwed up I feel like it was kind of the same way when Rudy Goar got traded for four first round picks too if I’m not mistaken Just felt like the the lead just shifted in like what the value was what the market was for every player Okay so starting lineup we have Jaylen Suggs Desen Bane France Fagner Paulo Wendo Carter and then off our bench we have Anthony Black Moragnar Goa and Tristan Dilva John Isaac is not getting PT and I’m pretty sure he’s making a decent amount of money so maybe we just flip him cuz our defense is already good Yeah 15 mil and he’s getting no PT And then maybe lowkey Wendo Carter too Wendle Carter will have as much as I don’t want Gole to start he will start He’s he honestly Gog is just pretty consistent No matter what he’ll get like he’ll play like zero minutes for like five games straight and then he’ll just start and have like a double double of light work I do want to progress Derek Queen So Derk Queen will come off our bench Goa probably will start and I want to flip Wendle Carter and Jonathan Isaac for like another shooter or like even a book could get her off our bench I’m thinking like Austin Reeves or something I’m not really sure Someone just that should just score a bunch of points Wendle Carter 10 mil three star value and Jonathan Isaac two star value We have about 26 mil to splurge on someone Ooh even Derek White Wendo Carter Jonathan Isaac Derek White
