Why NBA Balls Are So Expensive #nba #basketball

why do NBA players never give away basketballs before the start of every game team captains get to pick which ball they want to use In fact real NBA balls can take up to a couple months to properly break in while regular balls can be used right out of the box While you’re probably thinking they look the exact same they are actually completely different And the biggest factor is that NBA balls are made with real genuine leather which is why they feel and bounce differently from the ones you have at home and probably why they cost over $200 on Wilson’s website And that’s exactly why whenever a ball goes into the stands fans have to give it right back or else teams have to spend months breaking in a brand new

  1. Nah, they just don't want any DNA samples coming back to match to them from all the after party clubs and girls/boys

  2. I don’t know about anyone else but If I am getting a ball from an nba game iam never giving it Back

  3. NBA balls are made with leather, even when they’re “broken in” if you are used to playing with a Wilson evolution etc you will never feel the same grip. The nba ball even when broken in needs to have sweat on it in order to feel grippy or sticky. Because the players sweat so much the ball can absorb it. Other basketballs you’d need to wipe off when they get too much sweat on it

  4. Baseball, football, Futball (soccor) lets you keep the ball but basketball wont?? stupid as hell

  5. Actually your wrong, the NBA has pre made broken in balls in case if someone catches it out of the stands and if it happens they get a new already broken in ball to continue their game

  6. Yea, they have to spends months breaking in a new ball because these bums don't practice.
