breaking news the Orlando Magic have traded for Desmond Bane for four first round picks contavius Caldwell Pope and Cole Anthony and one first round pick i can’t I can’t be the only one that thinks that this is an absolute steal for Memphis like are you kidding me basically five first round picks for Desmond Bane i get he’s like 25 and five guy right borderline all-star is there something I’m missing to where he is worth four first round picks for this team could you not have gotten Trey Young for this hall like where is the NBA at i am so confused because how does Luca go for what he does luca and then we have guys like male Bridges and Desmond Bane going for four plus first round picks i understand team needs team preferences but like what what am I missing this is insane on Memphis’s side you get so much draft capital to play with whether you want to use it to surround pieces around Jaw and Jiren or just save it save it for the future you can’t go wrong i mean they’re in an absolute winless scenario i don’t think they get that much worse without Desmond Bane cuz you replace you got KCP and Cole Anthony cole Anthony is pretty cheeks kcp down season but we you know he’s a vet presence you know I think he could be a a good thing for that locker room but with Jaylen Wells and Jaw going forward but I I just can’t help but think that this is an absolute fleece like are we serious i’m like I’m nervous to see what’s about to happen with KD because if Desmond Bane’s going for four first round picks and he’s 26 it’s not like he’s like super young like he’s 26 years old already what is KD about to go for on draft night nba is a crazy place man crazy can’t believe this i cannot believe this now Orlando does solve one problem that they have right they have no offense besides Paulo they have no shooting at all kcp was supposed to come in they signed him for to be a shooter we know Desmond Bane’s going to come in and he will shoot for the team right he’s going to be good and this is great for Desmond Bayon because he gets to be a first option on this team you know what I mean i’m happy for Desmond but I cannot justify that value like no way no way like I’m truly shocked man i honestly don’t know how much better this makes either of these teams like this feels pretty negligible and maybe I’m I’m gonna be so wrong and that’s okay but I am Hey I am glad actually on one hand that the East is kind of getting some of these guys from the West like even out the playing field a little bit you know what I mean that’s good but yeah these are just my initial thoughts like I don’t know the years of the picks i don’t know if those will come out yet but Desmond Bane Orlando Magic him Paulo Suggs i mean they got a tough gritty team there they’re going to have a good identity identity wins championships i think they have a better identity with him as One Piece versus KCP and Cole Anthony together right that’s good but for four picks like you couldn’t get like there’s nothing else you could have gotten i know they’re doing their their research better than me but I’m just talking about it but wow I can’t believe this i’m truly shocked
