theres Hellurn is the first AllNNBA player to miss every shot he took in the finals since 1958 The last player to do it was Slater Martin on the St Louis Hawks during game one of the 1958 finals between the Hawks and Celtics Back to Tyrese He shot 0 for six from the field including 0 for four from three He did score four points but those came from the free throw line In fact he is the first player in NBA Finals history to play over 30 minutes record zero field goals zero steals zero blocks over three turnovers and three fouls Some of his top critics say that he truly is overrated or that the black magic ran out but I think what’s really going on is that he’s dealing with some type of calf related injury that he aggravated 3 minutes into the second quarter of game five It’s unclear what exactly his diagnosis is at this point but he’s not 100% in terms of lower leg health The Thunder won game 51 20 to 109 meaning the Pacers have their backs against the wall and the Thunder are one win away from being NBA champions He’s not 100% It’s pretty clear but I don’t think he’s going to miss the next game
