There are but a handful of baseball executives I know and David is one of the few I'd actually feel comfortable investing with. Dave didn't discount the Rays moving to Orlando, nor did he rule it out. I still think we're going to see the Rays/Marlins play MLB games in Loan Depot Park for at least the next two seasons. I'm still confident this Orlando situation will be more in focus in a month. Sad to say, but a work stoppage in MLB after the '26 season may actually HELP both the A's & Rays in new parks. Revenue change is a buzzword, and players haven't got the meme yet. The Dodgers aside, i see why they placed "all the eggs in winning NOW!" because after a new CBA the Dodgers aren't going to have the cable revenue anymore and likely their payroll & roster will suffer the most consequences. I'd like to hear David's assessment of the Twins situation being so far in debt and likely losing additional cable revenue on top of that.
