the report yesterday that Orlando traded with Desmond Bane Um and they traded KCP uh Cole Anthony four first round picks a pick swap and um I know they did it for more offense You can make up whatever in your mind if they overpaid or what what not it don’t bother me much or I really don’t even care enough to do so But um you know uh just would um you know I think Orlando’s still looking for more offense Desmond Bane does help but I don’t think it’s just him and him alone I was hoping they would go for Trey Young but I guess the Orlando Magic just hate whatever I’m saying Um salute to the mods and everything and I appreciate y’all for being here um to help out with the chat or whenever y’all can or whatever But um yeah so Mo Wagner um you know former Laker himself I think we drafted him in 2017 or 2017 or 2018 um if I recall um you know he wasn’t really great with the Lakers but then as soon as we got rid of him you know he found his home finally in Orlando and him and uh his brother France they you know give the Magic energy hustle defense everything unfortunately he torn his ACL which kind of you know worries me some but I do think um I don’t know what Orlando’s going to do pretty much because Orlando needs to pay Pablo Paulo Ben Carol and they have to you know see who they’re going to get get rid of is like out of Jonathan Isaac Mo Wagner Wendo Carter Jr or GoGo So they have um Yeah I think so too with the Desmond Bane that makes them a contender And plus the East is uh very open So I I I really like that for um for the Atlanta Magic a lot I just didn’t like the fact that they was um giving up so many picks Um yeah what’s up what’s up chat this this one specifically though What’s going on yeah he was a Laker for one year but then we got rid of him So that’s what I really five picks but they have like 15 left so who cares dude like they’ll be all right But um back to the centers So they have window Carter Jr who makes $10.8 million this season Mo Wagner one more year left I think they’re going to uh I I don’t know if they’re going to let him walk I think they’re going to want something for Mo cuz Mo’s a very good player I wouldn’t mind doing a swap for Mo and Maxi Cleba I wouldn’t mind that at all Um like Mo Wagner’s a very good defender Um I think he had a down year three-point shooting wise but he can space the floor out too a little bit I don’t want him as your starting I don’t want him as your starting power force/ center but I would definitely um you know not hate you know him being a Laker at all actually never mind let me shut my mouth so last so the year this year this was his career high he averaged 12.9 points per game let’s run it up to 13 points per game um shot 56.2% 2% from the field shot 36% from three five rebounds 1.4 assists and one steal Was run up to one steal and he shot 36% from three So as a big that’s very good Uh and he was cooking this year too before again he torn his ACL which is very fortunate But let’s get to the super chat uh super chat Memphis Grizzlies uh by John How Memphis Grizzly trade John Morant and they want AR in the deal Do you do it is AR better than John or than you say so Trevor Lane Anthony Irwin uh Allen Sevilla and Johan and Buha Um no I don’t do it not because I think um I don’t think appreciate the $10 super chat by the way Uh that’s that’s a bonus and I appreciate the bonuses I I ain’t complaining much love to you brother Um I’m not trading for John Morant and here’s why We have Luca Dantage now There’s no there’s no point for me to want to trade for John Morant because I have Luca Now I would trade Austin Ree for uh for Jiren Jackson Jr If he’s on the table I would love to trade uh Austin Ree for you know Jiren Jackson Jr him and Luca fit now and long term I definitely see it working And if he can work with John Morant who all he does is attack the rim and you know point out gun fingers and stuff then he could definitely fit with Luca Donsic Um he’s a three-level scorer My only issue with Jiren Jackson Jr is that he can’t rebound and he fouls too much but I think uh with JJ Red things can change Um you know before the playoffs Jackson Hayes was legit looked pretty promising Um and if he can if Luca can make Jackson Hayes look super serviceable before the playoffs he can do it with Jiren Jackson J and everything And I think uh LeBron James can also help him out as well Uh same thing with Luca So um I don’t believe in Anthony Irwin Trevor Lane sure Um but I’m I’m not doing that because we have Luca Dantage Now if Luca wasn’t here and we had AD and Braun I would love John Morant here But again he can’t really shoot That’s my issue Like he can’t really shoot He can you know shoot threes sometimes but I don’t you know I would trade for John too but I’m not doing it because we have Luca now Now if Luca wasn’t here I would do it but I don’t I wouldn’t do it I I’m not doing it just because we have Luca now Luka wasn’t here then I would do it So yeah to answer your question I appreciate the $10 super chat Um he says “I would do it for John Ray He got what we need for the energy athletic ability a player who can get you 40 in the playoffs.” Yes but he can’t shoot I don’t see the fit Luca and Luca and Jaw would not fit Both of them will be terrible defensively John Mor’s not a bad defender but just still no He’s not good enough to where like you can’t you know you can still haunt him and it’s just no bueno And again he can’t shoot His off the court issues again what I brought up earlier I’m not going to bring them up again I don’t want DJ on my ass about it Um like I’m not doing it just because we have Luca Now Luca wasn’t here and we had you know Luca LeBron like if we had excuse me not Luca If we had Anthony Davis uh LeBron James and John Morant I would do it because then John Morant can you know be teammate like can be have like a star duo between John and Anthony Davis in the future Um until Anthony Davis then retires and then you have John Mar left But no I’m good I’m not doing that Definitely not doing that But yeah uh but back to the magic though Um so again Mo Wagner makes $11 million Wend Carter Jr makes $10 million Goa makes 8.3 for how good he is defensively I would take that And then Jonathan Isaac who’s one of the best defenders period I want him too That’s a guy who I would love to death if we can get him I Jesus I I’ll break down window Carter Jr in a second but Jonathan Isaac is the main guy um a very very very very elite defender He’s up there with Anthony Davis Bam Adabio uh Wimi Um if you want to throw him go Bear sure But Jonathan Isaac is up there He can legit guard one through five He can play the three the four and the five The only issue with Jonathan Isaac now these past two seasons he been he’s been chill with the injury with the injury bug but he’s for the most part injury prone He can’t really shoot threes Um but I think with Luca Donic making Derrick Jones Jr and like Reggie Bulllock and these guys that he you know has done in the past um serviceable from three I think he could do the same thing with Jonathan Isaac I would I would trade Ruie for him straight up and then give him like a pick swap or whatever One of two one of two first round pick swaps Um that’s how good Jonathan Isaac is Uh to me now with Window Carter Jr who this guy also brought up too He is like Jonathan Isaac just one or two tiers below him Now what I like about Wendle Carter Jr is that he can space the floor He had a down year this year Um which make sure you guys Isaac and Vando what’s the difference well the difference between Jonathan Isaac and Vando is that yes Jonathan Isaac can’t shoot but he is still you know respectable on offense to where it’s not four on five basketball And Jonathan Isaac is better defensively to me than the Jared Vanderbilt especially No but see Vando’s gone though So you Jared Vanderbilt is getting traded I I don’t think Rob Pelink is going to keep him for another year I know that we kind of use him wrong and everything but he lost uh defense a little bit and not only that he’s some of the worst offensive He’s one of the worst offensive players I’ve ever seen in my life Wendell Cart Wendell is way better than Jonathan Isaac No he Windo Carter J Both of them are very good fits but I would rather have Wendo Carter Jr more because he is a better offensive player and he’s good enough defensively Um I remember bringing him up last year saying that he will be perfect next to AD because he can space the floor he can rebound he can defend be a three-level score he can you know shoot threes he can move his feet to where he can guard out in the perimeter which helps out a lot So if AD needs to guard the paint and if you’re worried about you know your big getting cooked out on the perimeter well that’s not happening with with with Window Carter Jr um on the floor So I would love Window Carter Jr I would love him My only issue with Window Carter Jr is his injury history but I think last year he played the most games ever in his career So yeah I would definitely trade um but it can’t just be like like I want John I want Linda Carter Jr and something else like maybe like a Gary maybe like a Gary Harris or something Uh because they do need more offense and they have like four bigs Um and they even run Paulo Beno sometimes at the five So yeah either way Orlando have so many bigs and I think they need to get off a couple more guys to bring in more scoring because Desmond Bane does help Yes But you can’t just rely on Paulo uh and these guys But yeah I would definitely love when no Carter Jr he stays injured Yeah that is true Look I would love Gary Harrison when the Carter J I’m not giving up a I’m not giving up a unprotected purse for them I’m I’m just not Now I did think about saying like hey maybe they trade you know Jaylen Suggs Um like maybe for Austin Reeds or whatever but I don’t I don’t know I see see I would love Jaylen Suggs but the thing is now since you got Desmond Bane I I don’t know if Orlando’s going to do that I don’t know the more cuz if they didn’t get Desmond Bane I definitely think they would do it but now that they got Desmond Bane I don’t know if they’re going to do so I think they’re probably going to look for like a a big But I would love uh Jaylen Suggs here I remember I you know when I was in Twitter spaces on Twitter I saw a lot of Laker fans like why am I trading Austin Reeves and Filler for Wend for not Wend Carter Jr excuse me Jaylen Suggs And I’m like if you watch his tape he’s legit like a younger version of Drew Holiday He’s just not polished offensively yet But before this year he shot 37% from three Yeah he fits really well with Desmond That’s why I don’t see I don’t but Jaylen Suggs is better at the two than at the one And Desmond Bay is a I don’t know It’s kind of again that’s why I kind of wish they got Trey Young instead because he’s a Desmond Bane is a better is a good fit but Trey Young’s legit the perfect fit If you talking about perfect then that’s perfect Um Trey for Jaylen Duran uh from the Pistons I wouldn’t I wouldn’t hate that I I think I think you gotta if I’m the Lakers I’m looking at what the Pistons are going to do because they’re interested in Miles Turner and Nas Reed Um and I don’t know That’s I I’mma have to you know look at that That’s That’s me personally Like I’m going to have to uh really look at that cuz I would trade Austin Reeves Dalton Connect and another guy for Jaylen Duran Jayden Ivy and Javon Teio Those are the guys those are the three guys I love because Jayen Ivy can come off your bench give you bench scoring You got your center Jaylen Durham for the future now and long term And you have a 3 and D guy who can come off the bench So those are the guys that I would look at for Detroit Uh I would trade Austin for Herbert Jones I would too But Laker fans don’t want to do that because for some reason they love Austin Reeves to where if you even throw in Jiannisko in the trade even Laker fans are still hesitant to do that So I don’t know But I me personally I would I would do it for um I’ll do Austin Reeds for Herbert Jones and Trey Murphy I’ll even I’ll do Austin and um Herbert Jones straight up or like Austin Reese and Filler for Trey Murphy straight up But yeah so so Julianne says um and I apologize if I got your name wrong He says Kesler Saxon for AR Maxi Clea I’m doing it Luca Saxton Rey LeBron and Kesler I I hate that lineup and it’s not be Um I can’t Um I like Colin Sexon as your bucket getter off the bench I I like I like Colin Sex as your six-man over him starting I I just I can’t do that I’m I And then you still have Ruy on the team I’m not doing that I’m I’m not doing that personally I’m
