uh he will be taking over the big boy seat next season officially no more interim he’s now the official head coach of the San Antonio Spurs right off the bat Sid why do I feel like Spurs fans were kind of lukewarm on this man I think it has to do with the circumstances behind why Mitch Johnson became our head coach man a lot of people were expecting Coach Pop to recover and make his comeback but seems like that just wasn’t in the cards um I wasn’t really a fan of Mitch Johnson in the beginning but he grew on me jeff we won what 10 or 12 more more games than we did last season under him you know that’s that’s progress in my book i wouldn’t say I believe in Mitch Johnson myself yet um I don’t trust in him but you know he’s warming up to me i’m warming up to the idea of Mitch Johnson being the head coach of the Spurs
