so could the Minnesota Timberwolves be trading away Jaden McDaniels to the Chicago Bulls this 2025 NBA offseason well here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeawayworld.net the link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself but this trade would see the Minnesota Timberwolves receiving Lonzo Ball and a 2029 second round draft pick and the Chicago Bulls receiving Jaden McDaniels so in my personal opinion this just wouldn’t make any sense whatsoever uh for the Timberwolves to consider especially too if the T-Wolves truly do want to acquire Kevin Durant I think Jada McDaniels would get the deal done in that scenario so if I’m trading away Jada McDaniels I would be doing so for a Kevin Durant or a player that helps them win now whereas a player like Lonzo Ball just isn’t really that guy in my opinion so Lonzo Ball really solid player when he’s healthy right the last couple years prior to this year have been riddled with injuries and it’s awesome to see him back in the NBA and still playing at a relatively high level like I fully do believe that Jada McDaniels perhaps underutilized a little bit in this Timberwolves rotation uh but he’s a tremendous player it means a lot to this franchise so I would definitely bet on the upside of Jada McDaniels if I were the Timberwolves here maybe give him some more minutes etc whereas if you’re the Chicago Bulls if you’re able to acquire Jada McDaniels for an injury-prone Lonzo ball and a second round draft pick that is an absolute steal giving McDaniels more of a you know a role in this offense you play next to players like Kobe White um and Josh Giddy and you know the rest of the crew there this would be an amazing move for them like I really do believe that so for a team like the Timberwolves who want to win a championship this year I would hold on to for I guess the foreseeable future i would hold on to McDaniels i wouldn’t flip him for Lonzo Ball in a second at the very least if I’m including this guy in a trade I would be getting rid of him for Kevin Durant if that’s what it takes uh so in my personal opinion without a doubt this would be a steal of a trade for the Bulls to make but as always leave your thoughts
