NBA Finals Game 7 – Thunder vs Pacers Highlights πŸ”₯ 2025 Full Game Recap June 21, 2025 2K25

[Applause] hardenstein passes to Wiggins hallebertton against Gilis Alexander and he takes the fantastic lead pass up strong for the slam shouldering more and more of the offensive load sga understands that his teammates just they depend on him to set them up too and Indiana looking at who they’ve got hallebert and Nemhart the one and the two top it at the four and Turner at the five and it’s Matherin in at the three slot here’s Gilas Alexander the Pacers making their last shot cartenstein with a screen on Hallebertton to the middle shoots from the right block the rebound by Turner turner’s got rebound number five here tonight one thing they’ve done well tonight and that’s rebounding back to Hallebertton down to five on the shot clock no good there good work defensively by Gilas Alexander thunder leading by eight here’s Joe that one’s good and so Gilis Alexander with the assist gilgus Alexander’s got 10 assists here tonight so active toppin outside [Applause] back to Hallebertton oklahoma City grabs a miss they’ve led by as many as 14 following this one they get to host the Bulls and that’s the third game out of four at home for them pacers trail by 11 [Applause] on the wing nhard back to Hallebertton toppen a screen on Gilis Alexander to the paint and the slam dunk by Toppenhen this is just good point guard fundamentals from Tyrese Hallebertton going to the pick and roll to create a bunch of options [Applause] now here’s Joe he’s guarded by Nimhart [Applause] gilg Alexander passes to Wiggins gilgis Alexander against Hallebertton sgaa doing his thing in close gilg Alexander has blossomed into this forceful guard just look at this performance and we’ll have a timeout here called by Rick Carile he wants to make sure they’re purposeful with the game plan heat heat [Applause] heat [Applause] heat heat [Applause] heat [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] a different look for Oklahoma City chad Holgren he’s checked in for Hartinstein jaylen Williams comes in for Wiggins and it’s Lou Dort in for Joe the Pacers also with a sub mcconnell’s checked in and let’s send it over to Alli Leforce well over the break I listened in on Rick Carile’s huddle and it was a frustrated huddle coaches and players were angry about the turnovers players trying to hold each other accountable they are fed up with sloppy play let’s see how they respond guys all right appreciate it Ally to a screen on Gilis Alexander here’s McConnell and so he draws the foul headed to the line to shoot a pair well there’s no question Pascal Seakkum has raised the ceiling of this Pacers team yeah absolutely he compliments Hallebertton’s uptempo style very well and defensively he shores things up with his ability to guard one through five take a break take a break two shots and that one falls for McConnell Nimhard he’s checked in for Indiana [Applause] so after making the first he goes one for two and so it’s Williams with it he brings it up for the Oklahoma City Thunder pass to Gilas Alexander and here’s Dort homegrren with it turner covers homegrren the pass to Caruso the three-pointer off the mark pacers trail by 10 nimhard outside over Gilas Alexander the shot by Nimhard no good d giving him that shot and that’s probably not a good idea but I guess they knew what they were doing that time here’s Williams and the dunk to finish it off a beauty and we see the speed and power i mean Williams shows off on that one and that was our AT&T 5G slam cam bringing you the sauce for Indiana they’ve gone seven for 15 in the fourth nathering a screen on Caruso down low and Matherin gets it to go on the assist from Hallebertton this can make it so much easier for your teammate when you throw that lead pass that gets to him right on the money whether that’s on the run or in the shooting pocket now here’s Williams back to Caruso gilas Alexander on the wing [Applause] oh the determination from Gilas Alexander oh boy the touches coming back here in the second half percentages from the field much better than it was at the break mcconnell with a screen on Dort pass to Matherin from 10 ft away good five for nine shooting so far i mean could we say he was playing possum a bit there in the first half because seems to be a different guy out there way more assertive back to Gilas Alexander homegrren with a screen on McConnell here’s SGA on the wing caruso clock at four here’s Williams and it’s good off the back of the rim and in williams has got 30 just looks like he’s got more feel tonight like he’s really got a good grip on that ball as he’s letting it go and it’s Rick Carile calling timeout here he’s looking to make some very important adjustments here [Applause] heat [Applause] heat [Applause] heat heat [Applause] toppin he’s checked in for McConnell [Applause] here’s Hallebertton [Applause] he’s got a ball pass to Turner just five on the clock now Matherin over Dort oklahoma City grabs a miss homer’s got his sixth rebound on the night go gilg Alexander on the wing turner covers he’s established himself as an MVP candidate but what is the ceiling of SGAA in your mind Brent well if he’s there now isn’t that good enough i mean this guy has a chance to win an MVP award in the next six or seven years and is going to be considered that caliber of player for that stretch that’s pretty awesome he can put up big numbers which is more impressive [Applause] that free throw good from Gilis Alexander grant when you talk about consistency at officiating game to game you think there’s room for improvement you know I do think so i mean they’re allowing more contact but overall more clarity on what constitutes legal guarding position would help players and officials [Applause] it’s both from the stripe well a great player on a great role at the charity stripe the D has got to be careful about being too aggressive on him and sending him back for freebies now here’s Hallebertton and it’s Hallebertton gets it to go inside hallebertton one of those guys who’s always on his toes and plays the offensive end with a ton of energy gilgis Alexander against Hallebertton gilgis Alexander passes to Caruso [Applause] here’s Homegrren and a foul called on the way up so he’ll take two from the free throw line and so he’s picked up his final foul and he’ll sit the rest of this one out yeah too bad he fouled out but this team does have some depth at his position first one falls for him and what you immediately notice about Chad Homegrim is his uniqueness he’s got size but also tremendous agility he can hit outside shots or battle down low both free throws good from Homegrren you know after sitting out his first pro year due to a foot injury Chad Homegrren was well worth the wait Grant yes he was and Czech was actually guarding LeBron during a summer pro-AN game when he hurt his foot but Chad was a monster his rookie year already an elite shot blocker and I like Obie just stepping up and not hesitating and the Thunder in possession here they’ve led by as many as 14 gil just Alexander from outside they get it back outside for Dort Caruso the pass to Williams and again Oklahoma City no good and Hallebertton has got the ball here for the Pacers 11-point game [Applause] all right guys what do you think so far about the offensive approach for the Thunder well they have consistently gotten to the line clearly a point of emphasis from the coaches now they haven’t strayed away from it too much all game long they’ve just done a great job of keeping the pressure on the defense and penetrating with the pass they’ve gotten everything inside and they’ve converted there so the first one drops and that brings him within 10 [Music] [Applause] so he gets them both they’ve done a great job of moving the ball tonight yeah BA keeping everybody involved keeps everyone engaged williams against Toppen back to Gilis Alexander and slam dunk by Gilis Alexander you can feel the excitement in this arena these guys have done one heck of a job a huge motivation always great for a young team but veteran players also appreciate when fans come with that kind of energy and get into the spirit of the game there’s 37 seconds left in the fourth quarter here i think a bucket here Grant would end this game absolutely that would put a bow on this one mather against Dort back to Gilas Alexander from down in the low post it goes gil just Alexander’s got 33 points finishing the game strong this is how you shut the door on any hopes of a comeback yeah definitely putting a stamp on this one a very very decisive victory for the club tonight and so Oklahoma City takes this one and by a big margin a competitive game you have to feel like this crowd gave him a little extra edge yeah they really fed off the energy you saw their activity level go up just a tremendous performance and that about wraps it up so alongside Grant Hill Ally Leforce Brent Barry and our entire 2K crew I’m Brian Anderson saying thank you for watching and now let’s take a look at our player of the game Shay Gilgis Alexander sure
