so they have now asked and been rejected for the Rockets with Udoka the Mavs with Kid the Timberwolves with Finch the Hawks with Quinn Snider Billy Donovan with the Bulls Now that seems haphazard I understand that if they’ve known all along assistant coach X is someone we are comfortable with They also feel confident that no other coach is getting fired So they don’t have to worry about anybody potentially jumping them in the line What’s the problem being like “Hey awesome coach Why we’d love to talk to you Are you interested in talking to us?” The team saying “No you can’t.” They’re like “Okay no harm in asking If I’m an NBA coach at this point and the Knicks haven’t asked to talk to me I’m a little offended.” They went after the best and the brightest I think it is a weird look I don’t think it actually has a tangibly negative impact on them

He’s exactly correct . They’re the only coaching vacancy available. Why not request to interview these coaches what did it cost them nothing ? Now those 5 coaches are aware that the job was available to them so if they want to force their way out it’s not tampering , and it’s just basic due diligence.
Knicks haters won’t like it but Knicks right here
Rejected by the teams not the coaches
Nick needs to stop gambling because since Vegas it's been terrible take after terrible take. It's a poorly run organization. Full stop.
