  1. As a knick fan don't like the team but love the coach. Aside from being a great a hall of fame coach he is a genuinely considerate and thoughtful person. I congratulate him for bringing his team to one game of winning the championship.

  2. The Finals became a product launch. Not a player’s moment.
And that gamble may have cost Haliburton a full season — or more.

  3. This squad is the absolute BEST. Nothing but mad love for them. They brought the joy of basketball back to pro ball & to this fan base.

  4. I feel like someone should have given Tyrese footage of Jayson Tatum's achilles injury from every angle to watch over the weekend– happened exactly the same way with a pushoff on a full extension of his injured ankle. If he'd pushed off with his other foot it might not have happened…. what a bummer. He was on fire in that first quarter.

  5. Heat fan here. You shouldn’t be anything but proud of your squad. I have not seen anything in basketball like you guys before. The level you guys raised your defense to was simply impossible. The fight you showed throughout it all was inspiring. The togetherness, the fearlessness, the hustle, the will and focus you guys demonstrated as a young team is nothing short of legendary. Unforgettable.

The most fun I’ve had watching a team since Jimmy Butler took the Heat to the finals as an 8 seed, only I’m way more heartbroken for you guys. The Heat had no chance against Denver, but you guys were robbed by the basketball Gods. Hali did not deserve that, the Pacers did not deserve that, and this series did not deserve that, cause OKC was damn near playing perfect basketball too.

I will hold the opinion that the Pacers were the better team for all eternity, which is nuts considering how impeccable that OKC team was…the Pacers would have won that game if not for this cosmic injustice. I know it in my bones. I’m even blown away by how much fight you demonstrated after the injury.

Nothing but respect and admiration for the Indiana Pacers and I want Hali to come back better than ever. Thank you for giving fans of this sport something truly special.

  6. Hats off to the Pacers for making it to the NBA finals despite coming short in game 7. The future looks bright for this franchise and they will make another run next season.

  7. Class act coach Yall pacers gave my Okc a hell of a series and i knew this was going to be a great series shout out to Hali youse a mf ! yall pacers WILL BE BACK but for now LETS GO OKC !

  8. The refereeing didn't look fair to me. TJ was getting clobbered on his drives to the basket. Dort and Caruso were barging and reaching in. SGA didn't deserve to get to the line as much as he did. Blatantly biased refereeing.

  9. You guys got so much heart and so much class, thanks for pushing as hard. Memphis fan but the heart goes to you too

  10. as a wolves fan, watching the pacers was really a team full talented players you guys are for sure never going to be forgotten thank you for an amazing season.

  11. Come on Pacers Pay McConnell his money, this baller needs to be a starter. Coaching cost them the championship.

  12. If you put your effort and concentration into playing to your potential, to be the best that you can be, I don't care what the scoreboard says at the end of the game, in my book we're gonna be winners. "Coach Norman Dale" Hoosiers

  13. Thank you all for putting your heart out there for us. We love this team. Wish Tyrese a speedy and complete recovery. He's earned the rest and the respect.

  14. T.J. would've been the MVP of the Pacers had won. He was a thorn vs the Knicks and dominated against the Thunder, IMHO.

  15. so the guard who has been putting up the lowest turnover to assist rates in the history of the sport has his achilles snap in the first quarter after hitting 3 threes in quick succession. thunder score 32 points off turnovers in the game. this wouldn't have even been close if he didn't get injured, that's the saddest part here
