so could the Sacramento Kings be trading away Demar Rosen to the Miami Heat this 2025 NBA off season well here on the screen is a tweet uh on X from NBA Central which says “The Miami Heat are expected to show interest in Demar De Rozan if they don’t land Kevin Durant per James Ham NBA the Kings have been telling agents there’s a high possibility they could pick in the early 20s miami owns 20.” Now this tweet of course and this news item was tweeted out uh prior to the Kevin Durant Houston Rockets trade so uh now with that happening with Miami Heat no longer being in the mix uh Demar D Rozan is probably realistically speaking their next viable trade target now uh this isn’t exactly Kevin Durant uh but if you are the Miami Heat depending on what the asking price may be for Demar Rosen this could make some sense for the short term like this heat team wants to get better there’s no doubt about that now there’s been some questions as well about Pat Riley’s ability to maybe overvalue his own players so maybe that’s why a Kevin Durant trade didn’t take place reportedly Haimey Hawkins and Haywood Highmith were not involved in Durant trade conversations which is why a Durant trade ultimately didn’t happen so perhaps Pat Rally may be you know I guess maybe um I guess overvaluing his own players potentially so in this scenario you sort of have to be pretty careful about not overpaying for Demar De Rozan uh because you left uh I guess you missed out on Kevin Durant but I think Demard Rosen going to the Heats pay playing alongside uh Bam Adabio and Tyler Herro it makes this team better it makes them a playoff team next year and who knows they could go on a bit of a run at the end of the day now uh from the Sacramento Kings perspective I would try to leverage the the Miami Heat for this exact reason uh maybe they’re going to be pretty upset as as an organization that they missed out on Kevin Durant so if that’s the case maybe they capitalize and they get a little bit more uh from the uh from the Heat in the scenario of trading an aging player in Demard Rozen so Demard Roen very solid player had himself a pretty awesome year this past year uh but if you’re the Heats you just can’t overpay for a player like Demard Rosen so we’ll see what happens here but this is kind of the latest news reporting uh regarding Demar Rosen and the Miami Heat so what do you guys think a Demar Rozen Miami Heat trade looks like leave your thoughts down below and I’ll see you in the next one
