    So Boston is officially retooling their roster for 26-27 when they have their roster at full strength. Although I will say in my heart of hearts, Jaylen Brown not only as a player but as a person would have been fully embraced by the city of Atlanta. If you know, you know.

    This off-season has been so hype. We already got a league-rearranging player going to one of the biggest markets in the NBA. The "Minivan" is now in Boston. Watch tf out. Idk how anything could possibly top this one.

    Calling it now – Boston does everything in their power to heat up Simons until the midseason trade deadline….. and then flip him out for some good future assets and let some other team worry about whether to give Anfernee the max deal.

    Next season will be about taking their time with Tatum (now no pressure for him to come back at all), let Brown take the reins and just silently plan for 26/27, while you know you have Tatum, Brown, Pritchard and White locked down through at least the end of 27/28.

    Good deal for the Celtics. They move off an injury riddled Porzingis while getting a proven veteran big and a good draft pick. this is why Boston is always good

    As much as I hate to see Porzingis and Holiday go as a Celtics fan, I get that there really wasn't much reason to keep them… Tatum is probably missing the entire next season, and there's no point in paying a gazillion dollars to maybe back in as a play-in team and get bounced in the first round. So just dump salary now, and load back up when Tatum is (hopefully) back to full strength in 2027

    The second apron at least makes for some good offseason content. Tbh I can still see the Celtics deciding to do a semi rebuild without the second apron since KP and Holiday aren’t getting any younger.
