and watching him grow up and just mature as a man and what he’s been through this past year seeing him what he was in Orlando and working on his skill set and to come to a team like ours and say you know what I’ll take a little I’ll take a step back and I can go on and on he doesn’t care he wants to win and there are certain people in our league that really I I would define as championship pieces i think we say that too much he is one of those people he is the definition of that and he always has been since he got to us uh he is a Denver Nugget man like he he is the the soul of our team gordon got it aaron Gordon with a deep shot that’s a winner for Aaron Gordon being able to compete for the first time without my brother by my side i know he was with me and I know he’s staying with me but I think just even coming out here and just competing is is something and it’s all right

    Jokic is obviously the best and most important player, but i truly think guys like AG are truly just as rare for teams, and almost as important. Dude is just such a gift. You cant win without Jokić, but you also cant win without AG, dude will do whatever it takes
