  1. I don't think the Lakers are ready to compete in the near future. It's a good thing Luka is young because it's going to take them at least four years to be good enough to make it to the Western Finals.

  2. Dude, I'm sick of this guy jumping from team to team. Houston, now you really have a problem. 😅😅
He is going to destroy y'all dreams.

  3. It means that the Rockets will be another team finishing with a better record than the Lakers! The Lebron glazing is nauseating at this point!

  4. I don't dislike LeBron, but I don't see Pelinka ever being able to fill out a good enough roster around 40+ LeBron and no defense Luka with those 2 eating most of the Lakers salary 😮

  5. New Lakers ownership have BIG Money I bet they really do try and pursue Giannis imagine him Bron and Luka and really focus on adding solid role players Lakers win a championship and Bron sails off into the sunset

  6. Trevor, I love what you do and subscribe to all of your podcasts, but they're getting more and more difficult to enjoy because your mic is usually so much louder than your co-hosts' and guests' mics are. I say the following only to attempt to be helpful– Do you have compressors and limiters and know how to best use them? This is an easily solvable issue and its correction would go a long way to make you sound truly professional. Aside from that, keep up the great work!

  7. Lakers drop in the standings because they don’t have a defensive weapon to stop 6’11 professional shooter in Kevin Durant.

  8. Adding a Center helps, but he can’t hide the weakness. No 2-Guard with previous NBA Playoff experience as a movement without the ball style 3-point shooter for the backup 2-Guard position.

  9. Let’s not crown the Rockets just yet!!! Over the last 5 years, KD has missed 20, 7, 35, 27 and 47 games!!! And he’ll be 37 before the season begins!!!

  10. "What Kevin Durant To Rockets Means For Lakers" Probably just another team on the list that trash Lakers won't get passed in 1st round. 🤣

  11. Jalen Green is a good young player he’s a notch below Anthony Edwards and his team had a better record than Minnesota! KD is 37 and has never lead a team to a champions on his own- now way outside his prime he’s going to do it now?

Houston was the number 2 seed this year and you raving about a guy who couldn’t get his team into the play in tournament? Folk outta

Green was a big reason Houston was a number two seed, Sengun can’t be Durants Robin!

  12. Not a good deal for the Rockets… Should have kept the youth movement and continued to build the next few years. Adding an aging Kevin Durant for probably 2 years at a high level. That doesn't make them a favorite at all. They will make the playoffs sure, but not winning anything with him. Sorry to everyone who thinks this deal changes anything at all. They still aren't better than the lakers. Luka, Lebron and AR everyday all day. STOP with all the trade Lebron with 1 year left on his deal. Could have made 1st team all nba. LMFAO ya'll are wild with these takes

  13. KD is desperado. He's never been the cornerstone of any team. His successful teams already had a championship caliber roster before his arrival. His time in Brooklyn and Phoenix proves he's not a go getter but an enhancer, one that makes a championship team into a dynasty. Too late to return to the Thunder for a dynasty. Other facts: Caruso and KCP as former Lakers role players have more rings in this decade than any all stars.

  14. Defense by committee > Funneling to an elite rim protector.
AR15 is a Dawg, offering him for JJJ in some capacity is a win.
JJJ is a rare 3 Dimensional Big as a lob threat, rim protector and floor spacer,
JJJ, Chet, Wemby, KP, Brook to a lesser extent.
Rare asset class that allows the roster to stay Dynamic.

  15. I'm with Donnie both our Lakers and Houston must have good depth players cause of the age however I think Bron is much better not to get injured than KD tho
