so could the Houston Rockets be trading away Alperin Shangon to the Milwaukee Bucks this 2025 NBA off seasonason Well here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from ESPN.com The link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself But this trade would see the Houston Rockets getting Jannismpo and Pad Conitan and the Milwaukee Bucks receiving Alprin Shangon Cam Whitmore Reed Shepard Jock Landale a 2025 first round pick a 2027 first round draft pick and a 2028 first round draft pick So this trade was proposed prior to the Kevin Durant Houston Rockers that took place a couple days ago now So the only piece that can’t be traded here uh would of course be the 10th overall draft pick in 2025 So if you were to sub that out for another future pick or whatever the case may be this trade can still happen So there’s been a lot of speculation about if the Houston Rockets are done and if they aren’t done which players could they be going after Now the players that I sort of think that could be on their radar would be Giannis if he asked for a trade but that’s going to be likely happening during the season maybe Jaylen Brown same sort of scenario there or a John Morant So I would keep an eye on three of those players possibly being on the radar for the Rockets this off seasonason And if they want to sort of empty the shelves in regards to their good young talent and their future draft capital this is kind of the best that it can get So uh from the Rockets perspective they’re getting back Giannis And if you’re able to pair Giannis with KD Van Vleet etc this team’s going to be really good next year And this window is open to win a championship Now now from the Bucks perspective this is a pretty amazing package all things considered I know you’re getting rid of Giannis one of the best players in the league but if you’re able to get back Shenon Whitmore Shepard Landale uh four players that were you know avoided in the Kevin Durant trade conversations plus a few first round draft picks in the future that is some pretty good tidy work for the foreseeable future And truthfully speaking I kind of like this a lot for the Bucks Now if I had to pick a winner of this deal I’m still going to go with the Houston Rockets because they would be you know building a super team so to speak But if you’re the Milwaukee Bucks it’s still a really solid package to get back in return So as I mentioned before the winner of this deal I’m going to go with the Rockets But as always leave your thoughts
