so could the Philadelphia 76ers be trading away Paul George to the Denver Nuggets this 2025N NBA offseason well here in the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeawayorld.net the link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself but this trade would see the Philadelphia 76ers receiving Michael Porter Jr zeke and Dario Sarich and the Denver Nuggets receiving Paul George and a 2030 first round draft pick so Paul George’s name has been talked about for quite some time now about potentially being a trade candidate this off season now Paul George is a very talented player last year in Philadelphia was not a good year for him and with that contract I understand why the Sixers are maybe maybe are looking to offload him even if it means they’re trading him at a bit of a discount now in this exact situation it’s actually not that much of a discount the Sixers get a little bit deeper with this deal to get a little bit younger with this deal and they’re getting rid of Paul George’s contract plus a future first round draft pick which if all goes according to plan and well for this group that pick would be outside of the lottery so if you’re able to get MPJ which at times injury-prone of course inconsistency as well but other surrounding players like Zeke Naji and Dario Zarich make the team a little bit deeper you bank on Michael Porter Jr perhaps blossoming in this sixer system and being a player for them down the road so not a bad idea there from the Nuggets perspective you’re sort of banking on um adding more support to Nicole Joic and if Paul George can bounce back he has what it takes to to potentially be like a top 30 player in the league which I don’t think he was last year no question about that plus a 2030 first round draft pick which if they decide to blow it up down the road that’s a valuable asset to keep if they want to go ahead and trade that pick for some more help in the short term uh to get some more depth etc that could be a nice piece as well so I actually don’t mind this trade for both sides if I had to pick a winner of this deal I’m going to probably go with the 76ers because they are sort of getting a bit more depth here some younger talent and they’re getting rid of Paul George’s contract which if it doesn’t go well next year is a complete disaster and Jokic probably would be the next man to go so those are just my thoughts leave yours down below
