so could the milwaukee bucks be trading away giannis and toko to the golden state warriors this 2025 nba offseason well here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeaway uh world.net the link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself but this trade would see the golden state warriors receiving giannis antakmpo and the milwaukee bucks receiving jonathan kaminga brandon podzmsky moses moody trace jackson davis a 2026 first round pick and a 2028 first round pick so for the time being all indication is that giannis will remain in milwaukee for the time being now could this change if they get off to a terrible start perhaps if giannis gets unhappy with the team does he demand a trade it’s very possible and i would almost say at this point sort of likely uh given how this roster is currently constructed now if giannis is available for trade i do suspect that teams like the warriors and basically every other team out there to be interested in some capacity now in this scenario this is sort of the best that the warriors can really offer um from the bucks perspective it’s not a terrible trade like you’re getting back pretty valuable young players in kaminga and podzimski you’re getting back some first round draft picks but those draft first round draft picks for how this roster is currently constructed with steph jimmy draymonds and now giannis those are probably picks outside of the lottery so truthfully speaking if the bucks want to maximize giannis’ value i just really don’t see it in this deal now from the warriors perspective this is an amazing trade if you’re able to add giannis to this core and maintain players like uh you know steph draymond jimmy etc the warriors championship window is open for a little bit longer and then when those players retire or they still have giannis playing at a high level this team could be good for the next decade plus in my personal opinion so if i’m the golden state warriors here this is an absolute steal they win this trade no doubt about that if from the milwaukee bucks you can probably get back a better deal elsewhere unless giannis of course only wants to go to golden state and then in that case it kind of handcuffs them but yeah not enough value in my opinion from the bucks perspective but as always leave your thoughts
