the Boston Celtics retool is in full effect and they are making another major trade just over 24 hours until the NBA draft so they’re going to be sending Kristophs Porzingis to the Atlanta Hawks in a three team trade where the Hawks are going to get Porzingis in a second round pick they’re going to send Terrence man to the Nets the Nets will also join in and get the number 22 pick in this year’s draft and then the Celtics are getting George Niang and a second round pick so obviously the Celtics the motive for this is to continue to make moves to get under the second apron they save salary here they save salary by cutting bait with Drew Holiday last night and getting Anthony Simons in return porzingis definitely hurt his value in the postseason when no one really knew what was happening with him he wasn’t able to play for expend extended spurts and just didn’t look like himself but for the Atlanta Hawks you’re buying low on Christophs Porzingis and if Porzingis is the version that the Celtics got in the championship season then that can be a really nice addition defensively and offensively to a team that could have Trey Young Dyson Daniels Jaylen Johnson Ona Okungu Kristoffs Porzingis as well as guys like Zachary Reach Caris Levert the number 13 overall pick so the Atlanta Hawks are another team just like the Orlando Magic getting Desmond Bane that see the East wide open next year no Dame no Tatum no Hallebertton and they want to take another run at it they made the Eastern Conference Finals a couple years back with Trey Young but they want to get back to that point right now and the Brooklyn Nets like I said they swooped in they ended up getting the number 22 overall pick out of this so the Hawks and the Nets are two teams that are taking advantage of the Celtics needing to cut some salary they’re getting Terrence man but they’re also getting the number 22 overall pick so the Nets first pick at number eight tomorrow night but now they have five first round picks and if they picked all five times that would be a little surprising i would assume that they’re at least going to package a couple of those together in an effort to trade up maybe they’re trading up for Ace Bailey if he begins to slip but regardless Porzingis to the Hawks in a three-team trade
