it’s official With the eighth overall pick in the 2025 NBA draft the Brooklyn Nets select Igor Demen And I love this pick Igor Deman was a prospect I grew very familiar with because I watched a lot of BYU basketball games this past year And I watched him more and more and I became a bigger fan each and every game Why Well first off he’s 68 69 guard Has really good playmaking ability His shot isn’t there yet but you can definitely see some good fundamentals in the shot I believe it will come around eventually And he’s a good defender Like he is such a perfect modern big guard that can playmake play downhill He’s very good at getting to the basket and is a really good defender He is in my opinion a better version of Josh Giddy And Josh Giddy proved this year he can be a good NBA player And if you can get that the eighth overall pick you take
