the Pelicans have traded up to the number 13 pick with the Atlanta Hawks and they select Derek Queen out of Maryland in return the Hawks get the 23rd pick back and a first round pick unprotected first round pick in 2026 the more favorable pick of New Orleans and Milwaukee so essentially Atlanta moves down 10 spots and gets a pretty valuable pick for next year as Derek Queen is heading to New Orleans
