it’s official the second overall pick of the 2025 NBA draft is Dylan Harper to the San Antonio Spurs now this was a pick we all figured was coming for the past month it seems and it makes all the sense in the world if the Spurs are not trading to pick because Dylan Harper has a chance to grow into an elite guard giving them a long-term future with Wendy not just adding someone for a splash now to go win a championship but a guy to give you substantial sustained success for a long period of time when is obviously the face of the team but it doesn’t hurt to have a really good Robin that can take over that Batman role if an injury happens or if you just need a player to take a night off dylan Harper has all the tools to become that Batmanesque player but playing next to WBY he doesn’t need to be he has great shotmaking ability great passing ability and is a pretty good defender
