so the Miami Heat trading away Andrew Wiggins to the Cleveland Cavaliers makes perfect sense for the 202526 season in my personal opinion now Andrew Wiggins going to the Cavs would be a pretty solid move for the short term andrew Wiggins is still a very solid player uh this past year uh split between the Warriors and the Heat he had 60 60 games played 18 points four and a half rebounds 2.6 assists uh shot 443776 and just overall had a very respectable and reasonable season now the Miami Heats are in a position where they want to make a move or two uh this off season or really bolster their team i think that if they’re able to go ahead and maybe get some other players um from the Cavaliers to kind of shake up their roster and maybe you know take another step next year in the Eastern Conference I think Andrew Wiggins from a salary perspective has to be the player um heading back uh to Miami now what exactly would a trade look like well I’m not 100% sure like if the Caps want to go ahead and buy I don’t think Andrew Wiggins will cost too much now if they have to send some contracts back they can make that work um if they wanted to but yeah this team definitely has what it takes to sort of add a player without giving up too much in my opinion and I think Andrew Wiggins is a player that the Heat value more as a trade chip compared to what they can actually you know get out of him on their actual roster next year so Andrew Wiggins a very solid player uh financially speaking he’s not super expensive but he definitely does carry a lot of money still in regards to his capit you know for this upcoming year 28.2 million bucks that’s a player option next year so if he has a down season he probably opts into that now he’s only 30 years old so for a team like the Cavaliers who want to take the next step as a franchise get over the hump and win a championship with this current core or like keep in mind this team had 64 wins last year I think Andrew Wiggins would be a very nice player to add without really giving up too much in my personal opinion so if you’re able to hold on to players like Darius Garland Donovan Mitchell Evan Mobley Jared Allen you throw Andrew Wiggins into the mix as the team’s new starting small forward this is a really good group and I think if you’re the Miami Heat you can get back some draft capital maybe some other players um as well this could be a really cool fit for both teams now what do you guys think a Cleveland Cavaliers uh Andrew Wiggins trade looks like leave your thoughts
