after a trade with the Memphis Grizzlies and Portland Trailblazers the Memphis Grizzlies officially select in the 2025 NBA draft at 11th overall Cedric Coward now I’m going to be honest I didn’t watch a whole bunch of Cedric Coward but I’m going to go off with what a lot of experts have said about him comparing him to Jaylen Williams with the sudden rise and impact for him now Cedric Coward played very good basketball at Washington State this past year after transferring up from the Big Sky Conference and originally before that he was a division three player it’s a very Memphis Grizzlies pick as they do like to look around those edges for those guys that were overlooked that they can take and develop a bit more he’s an older prospect but I don’t see that as an issue because apparently to everyone who is an expert in this he is an extremely talented player
