To the Best Fans in the NBA, Thank You 💙

they’re absolutely incredible um just want to apologize for coming up short um we wouldn’t be in this position without them they’ve willed us to a lot of wins and it’s an honor and a pleasure to to play in front of them
i’m so proud um of our players so proud of our organization our fans showed up big time tonight it was really moving
it meant a lot um Indiana deserved this uh they were amazing for us all year and uh yeah we’re sorry we couldn’t bring back is everything man i know these fans are very deserving you know of a championship you know they just championship efforts championship just attention to detail with this um this fan base man you know these guys work hard you know used their hard earned money to come watch us play and um it hopefully made them proud but you know we’re just this is something that’s going to stink you know for a long time i just want to say like so incredible like the support all year has been amazing um just to see how the city you know was so alive um and and we feel blessed that we were the like people that gave him that um so and I you know we sorry you know like we wanted to do it you know for Indie we we want we wanted more than anything um and just just for for the city for the state just because they deserve it like the these guys um sleep breathe basketball and um and it was refreshing for me like to be in that environment and and to see how much you know basketball means to to to to a group of people and um and yeah I’m super I’m super grateful man and and and I hope I hope you know you guys can see that we fought hard and and and we sorry like we couldn’t get it done but um you know we’ll continue to

    I lived in rural Bloomington for a year (1971-72) and still think of Indiana as a place where I would have been happy to grow up in.

    I actually believe that half of the country, half of the basketball world was rooting for the Pacers

    Please don’t apologize gang… my heart broke when Ty went down… the entire world missed out on the Pacers taking this home, but do not apologize for going above and beyond what anybody expected after starting out 10-15. Heck of a season and a championship looms

    game seven killed me. even if we lost, we could be back next year but i think the hali injury kills any chance in the next few years

    TJ apologizing could make a grown man cry. He went out and balled the best he could. Instead of you saying sorry, we should be saying thank you to you because you helped take us here.
