Phoenix Suns’ 7’2″ GIANT Khaman Maluach Is THE STEAL Of The 2025 NBA Draft!
come on Malawatch Man he’s a one-on-one kid He’s just ripped as a point guard is He can shoot he can dribble and he’s 7 foot2 If
this is what I got to do in the next 3 years for me to be in the NBA I’m going to do it every day
His mental mindset is next level I don’t forget where I come from I never cheated again I just did everything the right way
Nice Good footwork Good Good He will be a franchise player immediately
My name is K Malash I’m 18 years old and I’m a basketball player and this is no days off Here we go
Here we go Clutch on three Clutch on three 1 2 3
Got to go No walking No walking Coach
what surprises people the most when they see me the first time is is actually my height When they see me though they know that I’m 7’2 they still be like “Oh you’re actually 7’2.”
When I seen him in the first 15 minutes I was like “Oh I got one.” So I walked up to him and I said “Come on thank God for sending sending him to me.” And he looked at me and he said “Thank God for you coach.” When I told Come on “My job is to break you.” He said “You cannot break the broken.” He’s saying that I’m stronger than you ever think mentally And so once he said that with his skill set his ability to change the game on the defensive end of the court and with a mental mindset like that this is a very lethal combination for a 7’2 center that could play multiple positions I grew up in Uganda in Kawe It’s a city in Kala with my family We were really there for each other and with all the friends and people who are around me Uh I played only soccer growing up Uh it’s the only sport I played until I picked up a basketball Whenever I scored a goal I used to do the Sue Cristiano Ronaldo celebration I think I was 13 I was maybe 6 7 6 eight around that height And some random guy stopped on a bike They told me to go watch a basketball camp As soon as I walked in I saw a lot of tall people Just saw them running after the basketball People dribbling people dunking everybody smiling people shooting And I was like “Wow this sport must be very good.” Just because of that I came back the next day and I picked up a basketball and I decided to play basketball And I started learning everything slowly slowly by slowly slowly by slowly and I ended up catching up I went to the NV Academy Africa when I was 14 I moved from Uganda to Sagal When I went to the academy they opened my eyes and showed me the vision and it was like I want you to be this and this in in 4 years I want you to be drafted when you’re 18 and this is when I’m 14 and I’m like getting drafted in the next four years So when he told me that I I thought about it and I just had that vision and whenever I woke up in the morning I would be like if this is what I got to do in the next 3 years or 4 years for me to be in the NBA I’m going to do it every day There you go Good job big fella Push yourself Good handle Nice Nice Today’s training for Kaman and he’s been on the road So this is his first day back So what we want to do is kind of like touch up the details of his footwork his finishing So when you got a big man he got to have extreme touch Sit sit sit up Yep Nice And then we worked our way out to the perimeter where we did a lot of movement footwork shooting Got to make two in a row huh Yeah That shoulder burning That shoulder burning That shoulder burning Yeah Yeah Shoulder burn That shoulder burn Training with Chris is very fun He makes everything fun and I’m very blessed to meet him and meet him at the right time He knows the right steps for me the next the steps I need to take to be able to be great at the next level There we go Now where the game changer is for Kaman is not only can he be a 7’2 center he can adjust and become a 7’2 perimeter player he can play on the perimeter His shooting his footwork his touch his arc is amazing And it takes a special ingredient to be able to be a superstar I think he has the ingredients There you go Uh uh uh uh uh We break everybody I ended up being recruited by Duke Duke came to Sagal I was just shooting free throws I saw somebody wearing Duke So I was like “Wow I’m getting recruited by Duke.” Duke was my first official visit I ended up going to Duke cuz I like the program We had a very very talented freshman squad We all pushed each other to get better So when the season came it kind of felt easier like playing against the rest of the other teams And I loved it so much at Duke My year at Duke is one of the best years in my life And it was like a special place for me And here in America sometimes if I think about home I think about Duke [Music] So we did two circuits today We went for a full body strength conditioning circuit on the toes Snap one Good Yep All all one side Snap two Good Fitness training and weight room is very important to me cuz I know I have a long way to go I got to get stronger cuz now I’m going to play against grown grown men and my body is my tempo and I don’t just want to go to the NBA and get out I want to play in the NBA for a long time His body’s come a long way in these nine weeks He was 19% body fat when I got him and he’s down to 12 So that’s a testament to his hard work and any team that gets him is going to be lucky to have him That’s for sure My basketball dream was I mean I was always been going to the NBA Our coach at Duke John Shai always tells us dream biggest So I always try to dream like biggest and and have a lot of dreams So I want to be a great player winning championships But my name is calling the NBA draft It’s going to mean a lot for me and my family because I believed in myself and this is a blessing from God or a gift from God for me to be able to change my family’s life and and impact lives of other people So I always believe that and I always have that in the back of my mind so that I don’t forget where I come from Thanks to everyone for watching my video To check out more stories like mine make sure to like and At just 19, Khaman Maluach is a projected lottery pick in the NBA Draft and he’s training like a future star. Coaches call him a “one of one” with guard skills at 7’2 and a mindset built for greatness. From Uganda to Duke, Khaman has never taken a shortcut or a day off. This is how future franchise players get built.

If Bol Bol ain’t making it I’m not sure about him, but I’m hoping the best for the kid
Another bust from Sudan
The Raptors really dropped the ball not picking him up. Saw his story a year ago and it really inpressed me. His game is very solid and a well spoken young man. Proud of him ,keep it up
He will be great can’t wait to watch him play
Mindset of a winner 💪🏿.. may Yah continue to favor him on his journey..
Ayton is way more skilled than this guy. The difference might be the drive and motivation. If he has the work ethic and drive that Giannis had, he can be a great contributor.
Boy is gonna be a PROBLEM!
Suns never have to worry about compilation again cause this kid will compete and use fundamentals to the fullest
Suns looking 10 times better then they were lately weeks ago
I can't believe Toronto passed up on this guy. Thats a huge fumble
He better play aggressive and not defer to lesser players (ie. Flagg and Knuppel 🤷♀️)
He's cut from a different cloth.. my team needed a centre too.. he will be a big force down low for years to come and has untapped upside waiting to be unlocked at the next level.. he a dawg Fr
I can't wait to see you next to KD man
I’m pretty sure they are paying him. I don’t think they stole this one.
Im still confuse why the raptors didnt draft him🤦🏾♂️
SUNS LOOKING PRETTY GOOD
🎉
The Suns next season might be worth watching.
We lose Dikembe, we gain another wonderful human being in Khaman. Wishing you the best. ✨️💙 from
🥏rlando
Raptors Fd this craft up. CMB and Scotty are the same size… you can have a 7 footer with outside range. DUMBASSES!
Another Bol Bol
Holy what did we draft…..❤❤
What a cool story about a good human. I bet if he was born and raised in the states his attitude would be way different. rooting for this rook
Shotout to mo Clark from Jersey. Out there training in the big leagues. He coached dj Wagner at Camden
Maluach + Bol Bol = Phoenix's twin towers 🔥🔥🔥
these are no longer unicorns….
7 ft.+ with 3 point range and a handle is becoming common
Hes gonna be a big problem once he finds his place in the L
Go Suns! We finally got blessed in the draft!
The only issue is he has joint problems and not a natural player.
Another Bol Bol
Bust
Welcome to phx homie
This is the guy that completely disappeared in the Final Four 6 points and 0 rebounds! Look out!
excellent attitude
Hmmmm the rockets loved this promo
7'2 black guy instant hire from NBA. 7'3 filipino kai sotto rejected for being not black. NBA racist no thanks.
This is getting old now. Everyone ever drafted always gets the "Steal card". Only %25 of them will actually be effective fir a team.
I wouldn't be surprised if he is going to have a pascal siakem like career: first very bad saison with some struggles to adapt to all the media stuff but as siakem said: "I could always trust in my capability to outwork everyone"… so in the first and all of the next saisons he just did that. I love such guys.
All this just to be on the play in tournament but congratulations to him
Super happy seeing my African brothers doing great things in the NBA. Senegal, West Africa.
Him and Bol bol should be killin it
The Next hakeem
Home🇺🇬💯✊🏿
What a personality this guy is the one to be watched, the next MVP ina few years ! Not because of his talent only but mainly because of his personality ! Just the opposite of Ace Bailey, the spoiled diva !
Didn't they have Bol Bol?
The Phoenix Sun failed to develop Bol Bol, so.
He didn’t get to show all of his talent because Duke just used him to set screens for Cooper .
Loving it!!!!!!
