so could the Minnesota Timberwolves be trading away Nause Reed to the Indiana Pacers this 2025 NBA offseason well here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeawayorld.net the link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself but this trade would see the Indiana Pacers receiving Nas Reed and the Minnesota Timberwolves receiving Isaiah Jackson Jarus Walker and Ben Shepard so this of course would be a gigantic signing trade for both teams now the likelihood of Nause Reed coming back to Minnesota I think as the days kind of go on i would say at this point it’s a little bit unlikely uh Minnesota’s in a bit of a tough spot with their salary cap situation and with their expiring deal so if Randall comes back to them I think Nas Reed’s pretty much as good as gone now if Randall departs Nasreed probably stays but Nasreed is a very valuable player that I actually think would fit into this Pacers team like an absolute glove now in this case you’re giving up three players that did help this team get to the NBA finals you know Ben Shepard in particular um is a pretty decent asset but I think if you’re the Pacers this is an awesome move for them i think you add a star player a star center especially if Miles Turner departs the team in free agency having a front court of Pascal Seakkum and Nause Reed could be a pretty cool fit to get this team back to the championship in 2026 so I love this from the Pacers perspective from the Timberwolves perspective it’s not terrible you’re sort of replacing you know $1 for example with 33 cents each i think if you’re able to get maybe some draft capital or some pick swaps at the very least uh sent back to Minnesota’s way it’s a little bit more value here but at the end of the day if they lose out on Nas Reed they’re going to lose out on them for nothing so I think maybe a signing trade in this scenario is not a bad route and as I mentioned before from the Pacers perspective I love the fit of Nas Reed in this Indiana roster so I think the winner of this deal would be the Indiana Pacers but leave your thoughts
