the denver nuggets have traded michael porter jr and a 2032 first round pick to the brooklyn nets for cam johnson and i love this trade for the denver nuggets no disrespect to michael porter jr either but cam johnson i believe is just a strong upgrade on michael porter jr and as i said no disrespect to mpj but and when it gets hot he can be one of the hottest shooters in the comp but to now see cam johnson get his chance on a contending team again the first time since he was on the phoenix suns i can’t wait to see that and i love it for nicole joic as well you don’t want to see the nuggets wasting yic’s prime and in saying that bruce brown has also agreed to return to the denver nuggets on a one-year deal so the nuggets are loading up for another chance at a ring the 2032 pick that’s in seven years time you could only assume that’s towards the end of jic’s career which is crazy to think about but in saying that i also like the trade for the brooklyn nets clearly rebuilding to get the 2032 unprotected first round pick that’s nice for their future they’ve got a few they got a lot of draft picks in this recent draft actually i think it was the most in history but to add michael porter jr he’s got the championship experience he’s got the you would think a veteran leadership now on this young brooklyn nets team i don’t think any team would ever say no to a michael porter jr but let me know what you think in the comments section cam johnson to the denver nuggets for michael porter jr and a 2032 first round

    Nuggets got FLEECED. Thomas can’t defend, rebound, or assist. The only reason he even scored 24 a night last year is because he takes plenty of shots(44% from the field)

    I’m going to miss MPJ. Sure he wasn’t the most consistent but he was good for us, helped us win a championship, and provided plenty of highlights.

    Nuggets basically traded MPJ for Cam and the ability to sign Bruce Brown. More depth, lower upside. That 2032 pick could be really valuable though. But with Jokic in his prime, they wanna win right now. Understand it for both teams

    MPJ play through injury in the playoffs and now he got traded for not performing. it will be a MPJ revenge arc. he is a number 1 rank player for a reason.

    U Nuggets and Jokic fans cried so much about MPJ. Now u got your wish and Cam Johnson going to be way worse. Nuggets will be a 1st round exit next year like they would've been if Gordon didn't save them in Game 4 against the Clippers
