so could the Phoenix Suns be trading away Bradley Beal to the Washington Wizards this 2025NBA off season well here on the screen is a trade proposal or a trade idea from fadeawayorld.net The link to this article is down below in case you want to go ahead and check it out for yourself but this trade would see the Washington Wizards receiving Bradley Beal and the Phoenix Suns receiving Chris Middleton and Marcus Smart So this trade’s pretty intriguing because it would see three older expensive players get traded for each other in more or less a change of scenery deal Now in my personal opinion I don’t think it makes the most sense for the Wizards to take on Bradley Beal’s contract Uh but they are at the same time I guess moving on from Chris Middleton and Marcus Smart who they maybe want to get rid of anyways So I understand this from a financial perspective Uh both teams have what they think are aging players that are more expensive than what they’re worth Never able to swap these contracts for each other It can’t get any worse relatively speaking So Wizards fans know Bradley Beal well Be of course knows the Wizards you know fan base extremely well as well as the city of Washington from his time dating back there He was a star for them But ever since he got traded away to the Phoenix Suns it’s been a disaster for him So perhaps you know coming full circle here going back to Washington could be the best thing for his career Maybe he finishes off his career there He sort of balls out Perhaps takes more of a leadership role for this young core That’s possible But realistically speaking if I’m the Phoenix Suns I would take the chance on Chris Middleton and Marcus Smart You know two very solid veterans Uh Middleton of course has championship experience Bring these players over Hope they fit in well with this young blend of players like Jaylen Green for instance as well as some you know other players like uh Devin Booker of course So I think this makes the Phoenix Suns better I would take the gamble on at least Chris Middleton or Marcus Smart One of those two players maybe kind of bouncing back but I know the Phoenix Suns or sorry I know the Wizards want to get rid of these players So I understand where this comes from But if I had to pick a winner for this deal I’m going to go with the Phoenix Suns uh because they are flipping Bradley Beal into two solid assets Nothing crazy but solid assets Uh but those are just my thoughts Leave yours down below
