so the Buckaroos are ressigning after resigning Bobby Portoris and Kevin Porter Jr they’re resigning the fan favorite now Torian the Handsome Prince and now with this one right here I got mixed feelings i could look at it from a couple different ways from just a straight up value point from Jonathan Horse standpoint I think it’s a good move they were signing for two years 7.1 million total player option for the second deal and I think that’s good value and for agency where there wasn’t a lot of wing dings available you get a wing with size that was the best in the league on catch and shoot threes last year what did I tell y’all the whole time when Bucks fans were saying this about Tory and Prince and then they were saying that about Tory Prince i was saying yes this brother is a Doc Rivers merchant being in the starting lineup or actually a Darvin Ham merchant uh this brother should not be starting this brother should not be getting 30 plus minutes a game but but but but it’s not like he’s Kyle Kosma you know like at least he can knock down an open three at an elite level he does at least one thing at a knowledge level and he’s got some size and some length to where again on a three and a half million dollar deal you don’t think that there might be a team that says maybe we just need one more wing for depth to be our seventh man our eighth man you know uh I think that that it’s getting like darker out here but uh I think that that could be the case I think that there could be a team that wants him and So I think that similar to the other signs we make it’s just going to make it a little bit easier to maybe get frisky i know people wanted trades right now but right now is not the time but maybe they could get frisky at the trade deadline or uh next off seasonason but really at this trade deadline there could be some moves to be made so I think yeah this is another guy that it’s just good value i’m going to be annoyed when Jock Rivers continues to play him 30 plus minutes a night but is he this is like ninth 10th player type money this is like basically a minimum salary is he worth being having a roster spot 6’8 elite catch and shoot three-point shooter of course absolutely absolutely i’ll give you $3.5 million to be the best catch player in the world even if you’re not you know super nimble defensively even if when you put the ball on the floor it gets ugly even if there’s this problem and then there’s that problem you know what when Fronie Vagner did a little cheap stuff to Giannis who was in his face oh Torian Prince was in his face so he’s got a little enforcer in him he’s got a great three-point shot a little size a little length not spending a lot of money johnny I got your back here i like this i’m not going to blame you for an eh player getting played big minutes you paid an eh player like an e player and that’s a guy that you might be able to get a little something for maybe you could get a little second round pick for at the trade deadline oh Doc Rivers playing him too many minutes well all that means is a team that’s maybe contending is going to look and say “Oh he’s playing 30 minutes for the Bucks and you know he’s shooting good percentage from three.” Okay we only need a guy to play 20 minutes but that might be a difference maker for us hey yo Johnny we’ll give you a little young piece we’ll throw a second round pick in there hit us up with some Torian Prince and that’s a move that moving forward can get the Bucks recoup in here right now it’s resigning guys that are going to help you gain value moving forward and just team friendly deals because right now there was just no offseason that realistically was going to get the Bucks ready to be a contender right now you just got to make smart teamfriendly low-risk moves and that’s what they’re doing right now that’s what they’re doing here it’s not even he could be the worst player in the league it’s not even Pat Coneton money it’s basically a minimum contract no risk there could definitely be a reward i could definitely see a team um trading for him and if he were to get traded if he were for us playing like 15 to 20 minutes a game I think that’s fine that’s fine you know the Bucks don’t have a lot of wings the size that could shoot you know we’ve got guards aj Green Ryan Rollins hopefully coming back uh Kevin Porter Jr ressigned we got guards you know Bobby’s coming back we got Yiannis we got bigs we got size we got a wing that can’t shoot and Koozma well at least we got a wing that can shoot and we’re getting them for incredibly cheap last thing I’ll say is again I don’t think Tori Prince is great but am I sure he’s much worse than Sam Hower sam Hower gets like 11 million a year i believe this is like three and a half million am I sure that Samuel’s hoping for the Cavs but like this is this is solid to me i like it but let me know what you all think drop a stinking comment hit that like and subscribe if you want to subscribe
