BREAKING: The Suns just FINESSED the NBA…

ladies and gentlemen you have some breaking news revolving around the Phoenix Suns as Matt Ishbia and Brian Gregory are up to their schemy plans once again and just finessed the NBA with their latest signing bringing in a guy that no one had their eyes on that’s right Nigel Hayes Davis coming from the Turkish League is going to be the guy that is currently slotted as the 15th and final roster spot for Jordan A’s system so what will this addition mean for the Phoenix Suns and how will it display other moves that could happen for this happen for this team down the line we’ll be diving and exploring all that and more on this episode of Suns Digest i am Bruce Veles and you guys have been absolutely fantastic showing your love and support on the channel letting us know your thoughts down below and I really do appreciate it like I said the Suns would be getting active making some moves and they already did so today bringing back guys Colin Gillespie and waving Cody Martin but they do have a new one coming into play so without further ado let’s dive in and let’s explore the updates here revolving around the Suns as this is an interesting piece to be added to the roster as Nigel Hayes Davis is coming over from the Turkish League and someone that a lot of people I probably don’t know much about but Hel Nigel Hayes Davis will be signing a one-year deal where he was the 2025 Euro League Champion and Finals MVP for the Turkish Cup Championship and MVP as well well he was someone that was getting some intrigue around the league and for the Suns bringing in a versatile 68 wing defender something that they lack there on the open market or in their roster this is going to be a fine addition but you might be asking who is Nigel Hayes Davis well he played at the University of Wisconsin where he played for four seasons where he played with guys like Frank Kamitzky a former Phoenix son and Sam Decker a guy who had some time around the league but then he ultimately did not go played in the NBA for a little while went undrafted then went overseas dominated over there and now will be coming over to Phoenix and there was one person that had an eye on him that was Celtics coach Joe Mazoula as he watched him play in Turkey this off season reported from Bobby Kinsky besides that Nigel Hayes Davis has been an underrated gem kind of out there and someone that the Phoenix Suns felt could add some jolt to their newly founded team that they’re going to be striving for now this move kind of signals obviously that the Suns are not going to be as competitive as many of us thought obviously with the West getting stronger with the Nuggets the Clippers the Rockets and the Thunder all being presumably the top four teams at this moment with the moves going down today it does seem like with this signing here for the Suns it’s going to keep them competitive but also be a signing that also isn’t going to clearly take them over the top and that’s something that we really need to kind of resonate with our thoughts when looking at this team once again guy in Nigel Hayes Davis I think is going to be a complimentary piece for this wing rot rotation could be a little bit of a mentor or veteran similar for a guy in Rashier Fleming who could learn a lot from the 30-year-old uh veteran now coming over back into the NBA and we saw something similar with a guy in Gershon Yabulele last off season with the Philadelphia 76ers after he had a dominant run over in the Paris Olympics and he looked very solid with that Sixers team so good that he has been willing to command a bigger market in free agency is most likely going to be leaving that 76ers squad so when you think about that right if a guy in Nigel Hayes Davis can come to Phoenix make an impact and then also maybe not leave but the Suns have some flexibility and some money in free agency next season be able to give him an nice team friendly extension and this could be another wing guy that you could build either in the starting lineup or coming off the bench alongside a guy in Devin Booker Dylan Brooks Ryan Dunn in this new wing rotation that you are kind of forming together that could be really really key now like I mentioned they did lose Cody Martin they did wave him they did bring back Nick Richards which could result maybe in a trade down the line but they also lost someone as well as free agent Tus Jones went out and signed with the Orlando Magic now that kind of signals to the Suns is obviously a guy in Colin Gillespie who got a guaranteed deal that we covered today as well is most likely going to be getting some more time with the Phoenix Suns which I really really like for this team have been a huge Colin Gillespie truther and supporter as a guy who went to see Hall and watched him play against me eight times in my college career at Villan Nova i did not like him because he would just dominate us left and right but now that he’s on the Phoenix Suns I’m all for the man absolutely to torturing other opponents and having those people feel what I felt all throughout my years from 18 to 22 but like I mentioned Colin Gillespie maybe they’ll go out and get another point guard but as the roster does stand if Kobe Brea if Rasher Fleming do get guaranteed deals the roster is full with 15 guys and they still are in the second apron so that does clue us in that maybe there’s some other moves out here right maybe a Nick Richards dump off for some second round picks maybe a Grayson Allen a Royce O’Neal move could be on the horizon for the Suns and the ultimate question mark revolving around Bradley Beal also still remains as the Suns still do question they’re going to be able to facilitate a trade revolving around Bradley Beal and if not what the buyout type of market looks like to potentially do that or if Bradley Beal will be back in the valley because as we all do know with the latest reports even though he is willing to wave his no trade cause for some specific teams he does still like remaining in Phoenix and if the opportunity for none of those teams does come up for the Suns in a trade or potentially in a buyout scenario the Suns could be stuck once again with Bradley Beiel in this team with more shooting guards and centers on the roster but adding a guy and Nigel Hayes Davis definitely solves a position of need for the Suns at the wing position and they ultimately did do that today with getting Colin Gillespie at the guard and then bringing a guy in Nigel Hayes Davis who can be that replacement and a guy in Cody Martin once again we see him being very resemblant of a guy in Martin uh a guy that’s going to hustle really effectively on the defensive end be a connective defender be able to fill in those spots alongside for the Phoenix Suns but not only that a guy that’s going to come in with hustle heart and energy that he wants to prove that he can stay in the NBA something that Jordan and the Phoenix Suns have made known as what they want to be bringing in for this culture so that’s very intriguing to hear as a Phoenix Suns fan also with waving Cody Martin you save $8.7 million and bringing in a guy in Nigel Hayes Davis he’s going to be on a veteran minimum so roughly around three you are saving roughly $5 million now like I mentioned since we are in the second apron at this current moment we could only offer contracts at the veteran minimum and with signing Nigel Hayes Davis they now cannot sign Chris Paul so for the people that want Chris Paul to come including myself Suns still have to clear a roster spot to get that done so that’s going to be another question for this team going into the rest of the night into tomorrow and how they really trying to finagle this rest of the off season going down into play like I said the trades for Kevin Durant have not gone through yet the Mark Williams one went official today so Mark Williams is officially a Phoenix son but regardless to that let me obviously had some run in the NBA but then went to the Euro League played there dominated as a Euro League MVP with the Turkish in the Turkish National League and is now going to be coming to the NBA to have a big pro year and Jordan’s new system with the Phoenix Suns similar like a guy in Gershon Yabule last season so let me know your thoughts like I said down below in the comment section are you
