I have never been to a more insane game than that Minnesota @ Boston regular season game. When Jrue stole that damn ball the entire stadium went nuts. The crowd was much louder in person after JT hit the 3. I will never forget that play in my life.

I love jrue feeling sad when we trade him
Jrue Holiday will forever be one of my favorite NBA players all time. Im an alcoholic and had my last drink the last time he got traded to the Blazers and haven’t had one since. I was convinced Boston would win the 24 championship through the offseason and I’ll always be a huge sports fan but I let a trade (of a player I do like in Dame) that didn’t even involve my favorite team to get me more upset/ cause me to get blackout drunk. Sports will always be my main hobby and I quit drinking for ME but took a drunk overreaction to a Bucks trade (that I thought would put them ahead of Boston and ruin our championship hopes) to put in perspective how bad my problem was.
I’ve gotten better about accepting things I cannot control and enjoying life as it happens/ rolling with the punches. Im a work in progress but going on 21 months without a drink. 5 days after I quit drinking Holiday got traded again to the Celtics and I did in fact get to see a championship, going to game 4 of the ECF, remembering it all even
