The Philadelphia 76ers don’t have a choice — they have to go for it
should Philly look to move Embiid or give that group one last run to see what they can do next season given Boston and the Pacers are out of the picture next year seems like the perfect year for Embiid in Philly to make at least an Eastern Conference final or a final you kind of have to with all the investment that’s been made in Embiid in Paul George like even just in time with Tyrese Maxi you kind of have to give it one more shot and I agree with the wideopen Eastern Conference it’s going to be tougher than it looks you don’t think Cleveland is now strongly considering standing pat after watching three of their biggest pieces of competition in the Eastern Conference in Milwaukee Indiana and Boston all get chopped off at the knees cleveland’s going to be there orlando’s going to be there it’s not going to be easy out in the Eastern Conference but it’s less deep and that just means more margin for error and so I do think you run it back and you do hope that Paul George just had the injury season from hell and that he’s able to get back up to being more of a volume score and you do hope that Joel Embiid’s knee recovers and that he comes into camp in good shape and that they’re able to make some sort of legitimate run next year you kind of have to but at the same time they have some young pieces to get excited about jared McCain EJ Edgecomb that could be literally your back court of the future and they’re cheap cuz they’re on rookie deals so like if you have to let’s say it’s at the deadline this year or it’s next off seasonason if you finally go that’s it we’re done with the Joel Embiid Paul George experience we’re blowing this damn thing up you can bring back guys and pay inflated salaries while you’re paying young players on rookie contracts so that opening is still there but I think you got to try to at least give it a go to start this

Definitely run it back with a few additions. Nobody was healthy last season, and into the weirdos acting like the team wants to attach assets just to get out from under Paul George's contract, they don't. They understand it was an injury riddle season, and even if PG and Jo come back at 60%, we'll still be a top four team in the east.

Amazing how people don't understand knees lmao😅.. simple fact that cartiliage NEVER regrows.. just gets pounded thinner.. only a radical Lamelo Ball Knee TRANSPLANT or some new regenerative injections w no playing.. that takes 1-2 yrs.. could FIX Embiids knee, which is ~bone-on-bone at this point only will get worse.. a 300lb 7ftx man jumping and pounding on it.. that dog don't hunt ANY longer. Thinking he can play more than a qtr or 2 per game WITH real.intensity.. vs. Moping around lethargically like most of the past 2 yrs.. is the best you will get, like losing a 5th player on the floor, & WORSE, forcing the lineup to chg EVERY game, & all to throw him the ball.. all other superstars get bored & stop playing.. Harden, Hield, even PG said he's bored, so TRADE his broken azz & get a REAL player or 3 for him NOW!!! while he is still worth a dollar!! & trade lazy jazz PG too.. get Markanen, ?& a top scoring player.. trade short McCain too.. never will be a Maxey, Grimes and Edwards better, plus new rookies !!
